Abstract: According to an embodiment of the present invention, a vehicle having a dual front side member includes: a side member which is arranged as being extended to the front of a vehicle by having one side fixed to a vehicle body; a sub side member which is arranged on the front extended line of the side member, and is connected to the side member; and a main side member which is arranged in parallel with the sub side member in a horizontal interval with the sub side member and has a rear end connected to the side member. The main side member can be formed in a body because the side member is bent toward the width direction. Therefore, passengers can be protected and safety can be improved during crash by reducing total deformation of the vehicle during forward vehicle collision. Also, the collision energy delivered through a bumper is dispersed through the main side member and the sub side member so that safety condition of an offset collision test and a small overlap collision test can be satisfied.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Structure for preventing corrosion of a side sill of a vehicle is provided to prevent corrosion of side sill parts at low cost by removing spaces for penetration of water in the side sill part and executing cover processing at a combining part of panels. CONSTITUTION: In structure for preventing corrosion of a side sill of a vehicle, both sides of a center flower panel(2) are extended and are bent with the opened upper side. A side sill inner panel(21) connected with the center floor panel is combined to the upper inside of the bent center floor panel. The side sill inner panel and a side sill outer panel(22), both ends of which are connected to the center floor panel, are combined to the upper outside of the center floor panel. A side sill cover(23) is installed to a combining part(22a) of the side sill outer panel and the center lower panel, to improve watertightness by covering the combining part.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Reinforcing structure of a roof panel for a vehicle is provided to improve strength of the roof panel through inserting insulating buffering material and wood between the roof panel of an inner side member for securing safety of a passenger at an overturn accident.
