Abstract: 본 발명은 자동차 엔진의 다단 피스톤 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 커넥팅 로드에 피스톤 핀으로 연결된 메인 피스톤과, 상기 메인 피스톤 둘레에 다중 구조로 겹쳐진 복수의 다중 피스톤들로 이루어지고; 상기 다중 피스톤들에는 상기 피스톤 핀이 삽입되는 슬롯이 각각 형성되어 상기 메인 피스톤이 상측으로 이동될 때 동일 높이까지 함께 이동되도록 구성됨으로써, 본 발명은 고출력화가 가능해지는 동시에 소음 발생도 줄일 수 있으며, 별도의 피스톤 링이 사용되지 않기 때문 엔진 오일의 소모량을 줄일 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Abstract: 본 발명은 자동차 엔진용 실린더 헤드 구조에 관한 것으로서, 플러그 장착홀의 형상을 변경하여 배기포트와 플러그 장착홀 사이의 두께를 증대시키고, 두께가 증대된 배기포트와 플러그 장착홀 사이의 공간에 워터 자켓을 보다 깊게 형성하여 구성함으로써, 워터 자켓의 냉각 효과가 상승됨에 따라 엔진 운전 중 실린더 헤드 금속면의 온도, 특히 배기포트 및 플러그 장착홀 주위 금속면의 온도가 크게 낮아질 수 있고, 이에 내구 신뢰성이 더욱 향상되어지는 자동차 엔진용 실린더 헤드 구조에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명의 실린더 헤드 구조는, 배기포트와 플러그 장착홀 사이의 두께가 증대될 수 있도록, 플러그 장착홀 상단에 마련된 플러그 좌면부의 상하 구간 길이를 짧게 형성하고, 이와 함께 플러그 장착홀의 태핑 가공부를 상측으로 길게 연장 형성하는 한편, 두께가 증대된 배기포트와 플러그 장착홀 사이의 공간에서 워터 자켓의 깊이가 증대될 수 있도록 워터 자켓 하단부가 태핑 가공부 상단 높이 아래까지 깊게 연장 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A supporting bracket is provided to reduce the vibration and the noise and to improve the installing freedom degree of a timing belt. CONSTITUTION: A supporting bracket(10) comprises a first bracket(15) and a second bracket(19). The first bracket is fixed in a water pump housing by forming a through hole(13) to penetrate a driving pulley(11) of a water pump(20). The second bracket shields the driving pulley. The second bracket is fixed in the first bracket and formed on an opening portion(17) to install a timing belt(13). Thereby, the installing freedom degree of the supporting bracket is improved. Moreover, the noise and the vibration are reduced by locating the supporting bracket in the driving center of the timing belt.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Timing belt arrangement structure of an engine is provided to prevent unnecessary vibration and disharmony and improve durability of a water pump and durability of a timing belt and reduce noise, by uniformly forming belt spans of the timing belt and preventing excessive load from acting on a water pump pulley. CONSTITUTION: In timing belt arrangement structure of an engine, the inside of a timing belt(11) winds around a crankshaft sprocket(12) and the outside of the timing belt winds around a tensioner pulley(13) to the left upper side of the crankshaft sprocket. The inside of the timing belt winds around a first cam sprocket(5) installed to a first bank(1) to the left upper side of the tensioner pulley. Abstract: PURPOSE: Fuel injection structure of an engine for a vehicle is provided to simplify the upper part of the engine, to cut down expenses, and to improve responsiveness during suction by directly injecting fuel through an intake valve to a combustion chamber without a fuel distribution pipe and a wire harness. CONSTITUTION: A fuel passage(21) is formed in a cylinder head(20) formed at the side of a valve guide(110) of an intake valve(40) to feed fuel from a fuel tank, and a through hole(111) connected to the fuel passage is formed in the valve guide. A hollow(42) is formed in a valve stem(41) of the intake valve, and a fuel injection port(43) and injection nozzles(44,45) are formed in the hollow. Fuel is flowed into the fuel injection port by contacting to the through hole in moving the intake valve down. Fuel is injected from the hollow to the combustion chamber by exposing the injection nozzles out of the valve guide in moving the intake valve down.

The second cooling hole has a similar or identical size in respect to the first cooling hole and is not formed in a part where coolant is supplied first from a water pump. The farther the second cooling holes are, the larger the sizes of the second cooling holes are, to make the speed of the coolant fast also in a part where is distant from the water pump.
