Abstract: 본고안은자동차의밧데리방전방지회로장치에관한것으로서, 종래의자동차에적용되는밧데리방전방지회로는시동키의오프상태시각종램프에의하여발생되는불필요한방전을방지할수 없는문제점이있었다. 종래의각종램프류는밧데리(B+)의전원을받았으나본 고안은평상시는이그니션스위치(10)의 ON 상태전원을받게하여전류의역류를방지하는다이오드(90)를거쳐각종램프스위치(30)에전류를보내고이 스위치가온 되었을때릴레이(40)가작동하여각종램프(50, 60, 70, 80)가점등되게구성하여,운전자가시동키를오프하게되면자동으로각종램프(50, 60, 70, 80)는멸하게구성한다. 또한, 운전자가시동키의오프상태시각종램프를작동할수 있게하는노말오픈스위치(20)를밧데리(B+)로부터릴레이(40)와연결하여노말오픈스위치(20)의온 상태(누름상태)에밧데리(B+)의전원이릴레이(40)를통하여각종램프(50, 60, 70, 80)에인가되어점등되게구성한다. 따라서, 상기한본 고안의시스템은자동차의키 오프상태후밧데리방전을유발하는모든장치에확대적용이가능하며, 간헐적으로발생하는운전자의실수를미연에방지할수 있는효과가있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A brake system for a vehicle is provided to prevent braking during normal traveling by restricting interference of rotation of an impeller while circulating oil through a travel circulation line, and to brake through fluid friction without noise by restricting rotation of the impeller while circulating oil through a braking circulation line in braking. CONSTITUTION: A brake system comprises a braking unit(20) braking by flowing brake fluid into impellers(22,26) rotating with wheels in the opposite direction of rotation in traveling; a travel circulation line(30) circulating brake fluid forward against rotation of impellers in traveling; a braking circulation line(50) circulating brake fluid conversely to rotation of impellers in braking; three-way valves(41,42,43,44) converting flow of brake fluid from the travel circulation line into the braking circulation line in operating a brake pedal(90); a compressor(60) and a hydraulic tank(70) installed in the braking circulation line to activate counter flow of brake fluid in the braking unit; check valves(81,82) preventing counter flow of brake fluid of the braking circulation line; and a braking switch(100) connected to supply power from a battery or an alternating current generator to three-way valves and the compressor in operating the brake pedal.
