PURPOSE: A regenerative braking control device of a hybrid vehicle and a method thereof are provided to prevent impact which can be generated during deceleration of the vehicle, thereby stably keeping durability of a transmission and enhancing marketability and shift feeling. CONSTITUTION: A regenerative braking control device of a hybrid vehicle comprises an operating information detection unit, a hybrid controller, and a battery supervisory controller. The operating information detection unit detects operation of a brake pedal. The hybrid controller enters into a power latch mode and maintains on state of a main relay through a battery management system(BMS) when the power is secluded while the regenerative braking control is processing. The hybrid control unit maintains the regenerative braking control. The battery supervisory controller controls the main relay to turn on and off. The main relay controls output of the battery followed by demand of the hybrid control unit.

PURPOSE: An operating state determination method of a transmission operation element is provided to reduce transmission production costs by determining coupling and lifting state of each operating element in the power quarter mode. CONSTITUTION: A first planetary gear system(PG1) comprises a first sun gear, a first ring gear, and a first carrier. A second planetary gear system(PG2) comprises a second sun gear, a second ring gear, and a second carrier. A first brake(BK1) controls rotation of the first ring gear. A second brake(BK2) controls rotation of the second ring gear. A first clutch controls an interval between the first carrier and the first ring gear. A second clutch controls an interval between the first carrier and the second ring gear.

PURPOSE: A spool valve unit for a clutch booster is provided to stably maintain a parallel state of an air valve and a spool by reinforcing the strength of a spring, and to reduce the effort of a clutch pedal. CONSTITUTION: A spool valve unit(7) for a clutch booster comprises an extended tube(51), slide grooves(53), sliding retainers(55), and auxiliary spool springs(57). The extended tube is extended from the end of tan air valve housing in order to cover the front end of a spool. The slide grooves are formed in the inner surface of the front end of the extended pipe. The sliding retainers are slidably installed in the slide grooves. The auxiliary spool springs support the sliding retainers in the extended tube.

PURPOSE: A clutch system of a bus is provided to prevent the increase of pedal efforts by filling a booster with high-pressure air all the time and removing time lag between oil and the air although a driver steps on a brake pedal in a short time by making action time of the air fast. CONSTITUTION: A clutch system of a bus is composed of a booster(5) and an air line. The booster comprises an oil operating unit connected with an oil line(4) extended from a master cylinder(3) pressurizing oil inserted from a reservoir tank(2) according to an operation of a clutch pedal(1) to open or shut an air flow passage and an air operating unit actuated by high-pressure air inserted through the air flow passage opened by the oil operating unit to actuate the air operating unit. The air line comprises an air supply line(7) for connecting a brake air tank(6) and the booster; an air moving line(7') for inducing the high-pressure compressed air filled in the booster through the air supply line toward the air flow passage formed at the oil operating unit; and an air inducing line(7") for inserting the high-pressure compressed air through the air moving line to the air operating unit and operating a clutch(8) by driving the booster.

PURPOSE: A connecting structure for a push rod of a clutch booster is provided to prevent shift shock and the booster noise though brake pressure rises from nine bars to ten bars. CONSTITUTION: A through hole(62) is formed on a tip portion(61) of a push rod(60) inserted to an opening(51) of a hydraulic piston(50). A through hole(52) is formed to correspond to the through hole(62) on the opening of the hydraulic piston. The hydraulic piston and the push rod are connected by inserting a pin(90) to through holes. Thereby, force of a spring(70) influencing shift shock of a pedal increases. Noise caused by separating the hydraulic piston and the push rod is prevented.

PURPOSE: A power cylinder for a clutch is provided to increase power of the cylinder without changing the pedal stroke or the diameter of the cylinder by enlarging the hydraulic pressure receiving area with installing two pistons in the cylinder housing. CONSTITUTION: A power cylinder comprises a housing(51) divided into a first hydraulic chamber(51a) and a second hydraulic chamber(51b); a first piston(53) installed in the first hydraulic chamber and moved back and forth according to hydraulic pressure from a line to feed oil to the second hydraulic chamber; a return spring mounted in the first hydraulic chamber to elastically support the first piston; a second piston(54) installed in the second hydraulic chamber and moved back and forth in moving the first piston; a connecting rod(55) placed between the first piston and the second piston to transmit motion of the first piston to the second piston; and a cylinder rod(56) connected to the second piston to transmit motion of the second piston to the clutch.

PURPOSE: A master cylinder for a quick response in a clutch of a vehicle is provided to improve responsiveness of the master cylinder, and to reduce air breathing hours by returning oil quickly. CONSTITUTION: A master cylinder has a piston(20), and a push rod moves by receiving operational force of a clutch pedal. The piston compresses oil by moving with the push rod. An oil return path is formed rectilinearly and longitudinally in the piston to return pressed oil in restoring the clutch pedal, and a check valve(50) is formed to open and close the path. The check valve is restricted by a stopper not to shut off the path in returning oil, and the responsiveness of the master cylinder is improved by returning oil quickly.

PURPOSE: A clutch booster for a vehicle is provided to adjust a point of time for operating the booster conveniently by regulating the stiffness of a return spring artificially with supporting the side of a poppet valve elastically. CONSTITUTION: A clutch booster system is composed of a hydraulic operating unit operating by receiving hydraulic pressure from a master cylinder, a pneumatic pressure applying unit making compressed air of high pressure to flow with operating pressure from the hydraulic operating unit, and an operational force boosting unit transmitting operational force to a clutch by boosting. The pneumatic pressure applying unit has a relay piston(16) moving by operating fluid, a poppet valve(18) receiving moving force from the relay piston and supplying compressed air to the operational force boosting unit, and return springs(16a,18a) supporting the relay piston and the poppet valve elastically. The pre-load of the return spring is adjusted according to the assembling position of the auxiliary housing.
