Abstract: PURPOSE: An exhaust gas treatment equipment is provided to determine the capacity of an LNT(Lean NOx Trap) regardless of a layout, and to reduce the oxidative power of a DPF(Diesel Particulate Filter) in order to slip CO/HC, thereby easily forming a rich condition. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust gas treatment equipment includes a DOC(Diesel Oxidation Catalyst)(120), a DPF(130), an LNT(160), and a controlling part. The DOC is installed at an exhaust line, and removes hydrocarbon and carbon monoxide. The DPF is installed at the rear of the DOC, and collects and removes particle materials included in exhaust gas. Catalytic components included in the DPF are non-precious alloys or less than a predetermined concentration of precious alloys. The LNT is installed at the rear of the DPF, and oxidizes and removes a stored nitrogen oxides. The controlling part raises the inflow temperature in the DPF in order to remove the particle materials which are collected in the DPF.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An exhaust gas purification system is provided to maintain stable NOx(Nitrogen Oxide) purification rate of DPF(Diesel Particulate Filter) because hydrocarbon is not excessively diminished by reacting DOC(Diesel Oxidation Catalyst) and exhaust gas constantly. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust gas purification system comprises a exhaust line(150), a catalyst unit, and a rear cover(120). The exhaust line let exhaust gas move the front to the rear thereof. The catalyst unit is installed in the exhaust line and comprises two units(115a,115b). The two units are arranged in both side of an inflow passage(105) at a fixed interval to reduce harmful materials of the exhaust gas. The rear cover closes outlet of the inflow passage and the exhaust gas from the inflow passage goes through the units.

Each activated area is the predetermined gap defined between neighboring catalytic bricks, and the mixing of the exhaust gas is performed in the activated area.
