    Abstract: The present invention relates to an exhaust heat collecting device which includes a housing unit which is joined to an exhaust pipe to form an internal space and where cooling water flows in and out from the inside; a main pipe which is connected to the exhaust pipe inside the housing unit and where exhaust gas flows from an inlet to an outlet which includes bypass holes which are formed by being spaced from the outlet and connected to the outside; a warmer pipe which is joined inside the housing unit where the main pipe is arranged inside; a warmer plate which is formed onto a curved plate shape, is joined to the warmer pipe to form a space between the warmer pipe and itself, and is configured to make an ATF enter inside; sub pipes of which one side is connected to the bypass hole inside the housing unit; and a valve assembly which is mounted to open the outlet of the main pipe. The other side of the sub pipe is connected to the space of the main pipe and the warmer pipe, and the exhaust gas sent to the bypass holes is discharged via the sub pipes and the space between the main pipe and the warmer pipe when the outlet of the main pipe is closed. The present invention can rapidly heat the cooling water and ATF (or other oil which a warm-up is required like the engine oil instead of the ATF) via a heat exchange with the exhaust gas. The exhaust gas flowing into the intake chamber is discharged through the first intermediate pipe to the exhaust chamber, and then emitted through the tail pipes to the outside when the engine operates at a low speed. The exhaust gas flowing into the intake chamber is discharged through the second intermediate pipe, which is formed with an intake hole separated with a wider interval than the first intermediate pipe from the exhaust port of the exhaust pipe, to the exhaust chamber, and then emitted through the tail pipes to the outside when the engine operates at a high speed.
