Abstract:
본 발명은 공기질 개선 등을 위해 자동차 내장재 등에 적용할 수 있는 향기 나는 플라스틱 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 향기 나는 에센스(essence) 오일과 향기 나지 않는 캐리어(carrier) 오일의 혼합물 및 플라스틱 등을 포함함으로써, 플라스틱 제품 자체에서 은은한 허브 향 등을 첨가할 수 있으며, 차량 내장재에 적용하여 차량 내부의 공기에 대한 질의 향상을 촉진할 수 있고, 본 발명을 생분해성 수지에 적용할 경우, 상기 생분해성 수지가 분해되면서 줄어드는 향의 변화를 이용하여 교환 부품에 대한 교체 시기의 알림 기능을 부여할 수 있는 효과가 있는 향기가 나는 플라스틱에 관한 것이다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a polymer resin composition for interior and exterior materials of vehicles, a molded resin article for interior and exterior materials of vehicles , and a method for preparing the same and, more specifically, to a polymer resin composition for interior and exterior materials of vehicles, which includes a polypropylene resin, a polylactic acid resin, glass fibers, a copolymer including an ethylene repeated unit and a (meth)acrylate-base repeated unit, and a sulfonic acid compound, and a molded resin article. The polymer resin composition and a molded resin article for interior and exterior materials of vehicles contain a certain content or more of a material derived from biomass, thereby being environmentally friendly and having the excellent mechanical properties such as the heat resistance and impact resistance.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for producing lactide using a solvent. In a second step when the lactide is produced, an ionic liquid is used as a solvent so that the mobility of a reactant is ensured. Then, reaction temperature is decreased and moisture generated during the reaction is absorbed from the ionic liquid, so that the lactide which is weak in the presence of moisture is not decomposed. In addition, the lactide can be continuously produced by continuously adding oligomers. The contamination of a reactor caused by a reaction by-product is minimized by means of the ionic liquid, and a solvent for washing the reactor is not needed. Furthermore, by means of the high boiling point of the ionic liquid, the ionic liquid can be easily collected and recycled.
