    Abstract: The invention concerns 5-(dioxabicyclohept-6-yl)-cyclohexenone oxime ethers of formula (I) in which the substituents have the following meanings: R1 is hydrogen, the equivalent of an agriculturally useful cation, C1-C10 alkylcarbonyl, C1-C10 alkylsulphonyl, C1-C10 alkylphosphonyl, benzoyl, benzene sulphonyl or benzene phosphonyl; R2 is C1-C6 alkyl; R3, in each case independently of each other, is hydrogen or C1-C4 alkyl; Z is a C1-C6 alkylene, C3-C6 alkenylene or C3-C6 alkinylene chain which can carry an exomethylene substituent (=CH2) and/or in each case a further one to three substituents selected from a group comprising C1-C3 alkyl substituents and halogen atoms; a C3-C6 alkylene or C4-C6 alkenylene chain which can carry between one and three C1-C3 alkyl substituents and which, in addition to methylene or methine units, contains one of the following bridge members: oxygen, sulphur, -SO-, -SO2- or -N(Ri)-, Ri standing for hydrogen, C1-C4 alkyl, C3-C6 alkenyl or C3-C6 alkinyl; R4 is hydrogen, halogen, phenyl, wherein the phenyl group can be unsubstituted, partially or completely halogenated, and, if it is not completely halogenated, can carry between one and three substituents having the meaning given in the claims.     Abstract: In order to prepare hydroxylamine-ethers having formula (I), in which X stands for NO2, CN, halogen, alkyl and halogen alkyl; Y stands for H, NO2, CN, halogen, alkyl and halogen alkyl; n equals 0 to 2 or 1 to 4 when Y and all X's stand for halogen; alk stands for possibly substituted alkylene, as well as their salts with mineral acids or strong organic acids, either a hydroxyimino compound having formula (II), in which R1 stands for alkyl, R2 stands for alkyl, alkoxy or R1 + R2 stand for an alkylene chain, is reacted in the presence of an alkali metal hydroxide, alkali metal alcoholate, alkali metal hydrogen carbonate or alkali metal carbonate as bases, or the corresponding anion of (II) is directly reacted with an alkilating agent having formula (III), in which R3 stands for possibly substituted alkyl or phenyl, so that an oximino derivate having formula (IV) is produced. The oximino derivative (IV) is split by a mineral acid or a strong organic acid into a salt of (I), and if desired the latter is converted into the free compound (I) by means of a base. The hydroxilamine-ethers (I) constitute intermediate products for plant protecting and pharmaceutical agents.
