    Abstract: A puncturing device comprising a band-shaped lancet carrier (2) carrying a plurality of lancets (3), a transport mechanism (6, 7, 8) for positioning the lancets (3) sequentially in a launch position by moving the band-shaped lancet carrier (2), a lancet drive (4) for accelerating a lancet (3) from the launch position for a puncturing movement, the lancet drive (4) comprising an energy storage (12) for providing energy for the acceleration of the lancet (3), a trigger element (10) for triggering the lancet drive (4) and a housing (5) which comprises at least two housing parts and encloses the band-shaped lancet carrier (2) and the lancet drive (4), the housing (5) having an opening (16), against which a body part is pressed for puncturing by a lancet (3). The puncturing device1 (1) is adapted for disposable use in that the housing parts were irreversibly connected upon enclosing the band-shaped lancet carrier (2) thereby sealing the band-shaped lancet carrier (2) irremovably in the housing (5).

    Abstract: The invention relates to a piercing system for obtaining a bodily fluid sample comprising at least one magazine (1) containing a lancet carrier (4) holding a plurality of lancets (5) and a piercing device having a compartment for such a magazine (1), an incremental advancing mechanism in order to bring the lancets (5) contained in a magazine (1) inserted in the compartment successively into a piercing position, and a piercing drive (11) in order to accelerate a lancet (5) positioned in the piercing position for a piercing motion. According to the invention, the magazine (1) has a coupling device (7) having a receptacle (8) displaceable relative to a magazine housing (11) for the lancet carrier (4), wherein the lancets (5) carried by the lancet carrier (4) can be moved relative to the receptacle (8) by actuating the incremental advancing mechanism, and wherein during operation the receptacle (8) couples the piercing drive (11) with a lancet (5) positioned in the piercing position in order to transfer the drive force generated by the piercing drive (11) when piercing to the lancet (5) positioned in the piercing position.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a magazine (110) for use in an analytical test device (112). The magazine (110) is designed as an interchangeable magazine (110).
