    Abstract: PURPOSE:To positively prevent the arching and the accumulation of the tea-leaves, and in addition, to contrive the simplification of the mechanism concerned by providing a hopper shaft, a vibration plate inserted being made freely rotatable with the hopper shaft working as the pivot of the rotation, and a worm-shaped auger which conveys tea-leaves by the motion of its twisting, all of the above-mentioned parts being housed in the tea leaves feed hopper. CONSTITUTION:By bringing in contact the periphery of the top-end part 27 of the screw-thread of an auger 24 and one end of vibration plate 14, where the auger 24 rotates, following said rotation, the end of the vibration plate 14 is pushed upward caused by the rubbing action against the rotating screw in the manner of rubbing on the periphery of the top-end 27 of the screw thread. Because of this action, the tea-leaves stored in the feed-hopper is subjected to stirring in the form of being pushed up once. As the rotation of the auger proceeds and reaches a certain point where the vibration plate 14 separates from the engagement and rubbing state does not exist with the periphery of the top-end 27 of the screw thread, tea-leaves covering the distance of approximately one pitch which is equal to a distance between two adjacent screw-threads, that is the distance to the top-end 27 of this side which follows being twisted, fall under the weight of tea-leaves. At this time, the shock of the falling tea-leaves weight applies on the vibration plate 14, resulting in that the tea-leaves which have been pushed up in the feed hopper so far are prevented from causing arching and accumulating because their falling shock are applied thereon.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve inconvenience due to condensation, generated depending on the setting of send-out angle of louvers when the louver, capable of effecting Automatic operation, is switched to a manual angle fixing. SOLUTION: A louver device is constituted of an opening 15, provided near an air outlet port 6, and a stopper 16, limiting the movable range of the connector 13 as well as the movable range of the louver 10, is arranged at a place within a range capable of being operated from the opening 15. When only the angle of the louver 10 in a predetermined direction is set at a preferable angle in the louver device, automatic operation is released by releasing the connector 13 while the regulation of angle of the louver 10 can be contrived by setting the stopper 16 and the inconvenience, such as dripping of condensed water or the like, can be prevented.

SOLUTION: The present mounting method is adapted such that a side wall 3 of a body casing 4 is rolled up from a lower end of a drain pan 8 to a desired upper position, and a duct member is interposed between a blow-off outlet 13 in a panel 12 and a lower end of the side wall 3. Hereby, a dust member 15 can be mounted later when the body is suspended and supported in the ceiling, so that a wider working space wider than the prior art is ensured between the lower end of the side wall of the casing and a mounting opening 20 in the ceiling to improve workability.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the use of a low torque motor by arranging a control mechanism of a louver for altering the direction of a blown air stream with a less restriction in the layout, a less mechanical space and moreover, a less drive torque. SOLUTION: A panel 7 with a plurality of blowout ports 6 is provided with louvers 101-108 and the panel is linked to the louvers 101-108 through conversion members 151-158 linked to a flexible member 13 while the flexible member 13 is linked to each of the plurality of conversion members 151-158 sequentially to connect initial and final ends thereof to the motors 26 and 27. The flexible member 13 serves to reduce the restriction of the layout to secure a drive space thereof. Moreover, the flexible member 13 simultaneously accomplishes drawing and feeding with the motors 26 and 27 to reduce drive torque thereby enabling the use of a low torque motor.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve intake efficiency of refrigerant into a cylinder block and improve muffling effect of an intake muffler by composing the intake muffler of a conical front cone and an inverted conical rear cone. SOLUTION: A reed valve 15 repeats opening-closing action several times at the time of an intake stroke so as to generate pressure wave near an intake hole 14. This pressure wave travels as sound wave toward a muffler inlet part, and is amplified by the conical taper of a front cone 18 and reflected toward a muffler outlet part by the inverted conical taper of a rear cone 19. The reflected pressure wave reaches the muffler outlet so as to accelerate intake of refrigerant into a cylinder block, which results in improving intake efficiency. Since most of pressure wave is reflected by the rear cone 19, sound wave radiated from the muffler inlet part can be reduced so as to improve muffling effect.

Additionally, as an elastic support material is arranged and constituted by being biased to the side where the overweighed part of the block 5 exists from the central line CL in the sliding direction of the piston 8 on the bracket on the side of the cylinder 6 opposite to the crankshaft 4, it is possible to restrain vibration while securing safety even on a narrow support projection surface.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise and increase efficiency by increasing the silencing effect of a suction muffler and also increasing the sucking efficiency of it on a hermetic electrically driven compressor used for a household refrigerator. SOLUTION: In a suction muffler 17 formed with a muffler suction pipe 18, a chamber 19, and a muffler tail pipe 20, the chamber 19 is formed with an octahedron whose surfaces opposed to each other are shifted by 10 deg. or more from being parallel. Thus a resonance occurred in the chamber 19 can be eliminated, the silencing effect of the suction muffler can be increased, and sucking efficiency can be increased because any obstacle is not provided inside the chamber 19.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent wear of a rotative speed variable compressor of a refrigerator caused by a shortage of lubricating oil due to an increase in viscosity of the lubricating oil and enhance the reliability, by stopping a machine room fan when the compressor operates at low speeds and the outside temperature is low. SOLUTION: A temperature controller 4 decides and outputs rotative speed signals of a compressor 6 and an outside temperature detector 13 outputs outside temperature signals. When a machine room fan rotative speed controller 7 judges the rotative speed of the compressor 6 to be lower than the normal rotative speed and the outdoor temperature to be lower than the specified temperature from the rotative speed signals and the outside temperature signals, a machine room fan 9 is stopped to prevent wear of sliding part of the compressor 6 by averting an excessive drop in temperature of the compressor 6 that causes a shortage of lubricating oil because of an increase in viscosity of the lubricating oil.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save the energy of a refrigerator by realizing appropriate number of revolution of a compressor and appropriate flow rate of an electric-driven expansion valve to cope with the change in the temperature of a cooler associated with opening/closing of an air passage control damper of the refrigerator on which an inverter is mounted to improve the operational efficiency and the cooling system efficiency of the refrigerator. SOLUTION: The number of revolutions of a compressor and the flow rate of an electric-driven expansion valve are determined by the number of revolutions and a flow rate operating means 25 using the output of an in-freezer differential temperature operating means 24, the number of revolutions and the flow passage resistance value are corrected by a number of revolutions and a flow rate correcting means 41 using the output from a cooler temperature detecting means 42, the number of revolutions of the compressor is controlled by an inverter circuit 26 by the command from the number of revolutions and the flow rate correcting means 41, and the flow rate is controlled by an electrically driven expansion valve control circuit 45.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the efficiency of defrosting, save energy, and to contrive freshness of a food at a high value by a method wherein defrosting is executed by operating a compressor through superlow rotation. SOLUTION: When the operation time of a number of revolution variable type (capacity variable type) compressor 17 attains a specified time by a defrosting timer 11, the number of revolutions variable type (capacity variable type) compressor 17 is operated at low rotation and cold air feed means 10 is stopped. When the number of revolutions variable type (capacity variable type) compressor 17 is operated at low rotation, the vaporization temperature of a refrigerant is increased to at least 0 deg.C being temperature at which frost is molten, and the temperature of a vaporizer 3 becomes also at last 0 deg.C. Frost adhered to the vaporizer 3 is defrosted through direct heat-exchange with the vaporizer 3 the temperature of which is at least 0 deg.C. This constitution improves the efficiency of defrosting, saves energy, and maintains freshness of a food at a high value.
