Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the water resistant, moisture resistant and cooling and heating cycle resistant properties of a titled device and to prevent an operational error due to the irregular light from the outside, by forming a case in one body with a synthetic resin which cuts a visible light and transmits a light of a light emitting element. CONSTITUTION:A frost detector 5 is constituted with a closed case 6 having a channel section which is molded with a synthetic resin cutting a visible light which shields the visible light and transmits only a light of a light emitting element preferentially, a light emitting element 7, a photodetector 8, a fitting plate to these parts and a sealing resin 10 which seals the fitting plate 9 in the case 6, and as the resin which cutting a visible light is used for the case 6, the visible light is almost shielded and only the light of the light emitting diode 7 is transmitted preferentially, and therefore the receiving of the light is made possible without having influence by the irregular light in the outside. Further, as an opening part to transmit a light is not necessary in the housing case, it is possible to have a completely closed construction which is shielded from the atmosphere from the outside.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear motor having a simplified structure by improving motor efficiency. SOLUTION: This linear motor consists of a cylindrical movable part 21 with the intersection of X and Y axes as a central axis, an inner yoke 22 that is arranged inside the movable part 21 at a prescribed interval in the radial direction of the movable part 21, while a number of thin plates in nearly a rectangular shape are piled up in the direction of the X-axis, and an outer yoke 24 that is arranged outside the movable part with a prescribed interval in the radial direction of the movable part 21, while a number of thin plates 25 in a nearly rectangular shape are piled up in the same direction as a thin plate 23. The movable part 21 consists of a pair of permanent magnets 33 and 34, that are magnetized from the side of the inner yoke 22 to the side of the outer yoke 24, thus improving motor efficiency without causing the trust of the linear motor from becoming unstable, and at the same time facilitating the manufacture of the linear motor.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear motor the efficiency of which is improved and the manufacture of which is made easier. SOLUTION: A linear motor is constituted of prism-like inner and outer yokes 1 and 3 which are respectively formed by laminating rectangular sheet metals 2 and 4 having high permeability upon another, coils 12 wound around the central electrodes of three magnetic poles 6, 7, and 8 so as to alternately form different magnetic poles in the laminating direction of the sheet metals 4 of the outer yokes 3, yoke blocks 10 constituted by facing the surfaces of the outer yokes 3 having the magnetic poles to the inner yokes 1 through prescribed spaces, a plate-like base which holds one set of yoke blocks 10 in a facing state, and movable sections 13 which are constituted by holding a pair of plate-like permanent magnets 14 and 15 in the spaces 9 between the inner yokes 1 and outer yokes 3 at prescribed intervals in the axial direction so that the directions of magnetization of the magnets 14 and 15 may become opposite to each other. Therefore, the efficiency of the linear motor can be improved by reducing the iron loss and, at the same time, the manufacture of the motor becomes easier and the manufacturing cost of the motor is reduced.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear motor which is improved in motor efficiency and the manufacturing method which is simplified. SOLUTION: A linear motor is constituted of prism-like inner yoke 1 and outer yoke 3 formed by laminating rectangular thin plates 2 having high magnetic permeability upon another, coils 12 wound around the central ones of three magnetic poles, so as to alternately form different magnetic poles in the axial direction 5 of the outer yoke 3, yoke blocks 10 respectively constituted by facing the surfaces of the outer yoke 3 having the magnetic poles to the inner yoke 1 through prescribed spaces, a plate-like base which holds the set of yoke blocks 10 in a facing state, and a mobile section which holds a pair of plate-like permanent magnets 14 and 15 in the spaces between the inner yoke 1 and outer yoke 3 at prescribed intervals in the axial direction, so that the directions of the magnetization of the magnets 14 and 15 are opposite to each other. Therefore, the core loss of the linear motor is reduced, and the motor efficiency of the motor is improved. In addition, the manufacture of the motor is simplified, and the manufacturing cost of the motor can be also reduced.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To make tasteless, odorless and transparent ice by a method wherein an ice-making tray is swang during ice-making to vibrate the freezing surface and water surface and water is supplied in parts two or more times to carry out repeated ice-making. CONSTITUTION:In an ice-making step, cold air cooled at a cooler by a fan passes through an air passage under an ice-making tray 13 to cool the ice- making tray 13 from the bottom. The ice-making tray 13 is covered with an heat-insulating material 29 and heated by heating elements of a side wall heater and a partition heater so that the water surface side is hard to come in contact with the cold air and is kept at higher temperatures. Swing action and water stream flowing into the ice-making tray 13 through notch grooves 48 in central partitions 47 of the ice-making tray 13 that are arranged in the swing axle direction cause the freezing surface and water surface to move in waves, resulting in a delay in ice-forming. Therefore, ice gradually forms from the bottom side of the ice-making tray 13 and on the water surface side finally. Thereby, tasteless, odorless and transparent ice can be produced.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To feed a constant amount of tea at all times without decreasing an amount of hot water fed from a hot water feed valve even when a water level in a tank is lowered, in a water boiling device used for a tea feeder for feeding tea. CONSTITUTION:When a tea switch 30 is turned ON, a hot water feed control means 31 opens a hot water feed valve 18 for a specified time. When a time between a time at which a heater 16 is turned OFF by a second temperature deciding means 28 and a time at when the heater 16 is turned ON by a first temperature deciding means 27 is shorter than a given time, the ON time of the hot water feed valve 18 is corrected and increased by a hot water feed time correcting control means 32. A water boiling device comprises the hot water feed control means and the hot water feed time correcting control means.
