Disclosed is a boil-off gas system for a ship having a storage tank in which liquefied natural gas is stored and an engine using the liquefied natural gas as fuel stored in the storage tank. The boil-off treatment system for a ship comprises a first stream of the boil-off gas discharged from the storage tank after being generated from the liquefied natural gas in the storage tank; a second stream of the boil-off gas supplied to the engine as the fuel by being branched from the first stream when the amount of the first stream is more than the amount of the fuel that the engine requires; and a third stream of the boil-off gas not supplied to the engine among the first stream. The present invention can treat the boil-off gas without a reliquefication device having a refrigeration cycle by heat-exchanging the third stream with the first stream in the heat exchanger to be liquefied.

Disclosed is a system for liquefying hydrocarbon gas. The system for liquefying hydrocarbon gas pressurizes a first stream of evaporated gas generated from the evaporation of liquid hydrocarbon, and divides the first stream into a second stream and a third stream. By liquefying the third stream in a heat exchanger by heat-changing the third stream with the first stream, the evaporated hydrocarbon gas can be liquefied.

A hybrid fuel supply system of an engine for a vessel is disclosed. The hybrid fuel supply system comprises: a compressor which compresses BOG generated in LNG stored in an LNG storage tank; a high pressure pump which receives the LNG stored in the LNG storage tank and compresses the LNG; a vaporizer which vaporizes the LNG compressed in the high pressure pump; and a dual fuel (DF) engine which receives the BOG compressed through the compressor as a fuel.

본 발명은 가압액화천연가스 저장 용기의 고압 유지 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 저장 용기로부터 소비지의 저장 탱크에 연결되어 가압액화천연가스의 하역을 가능하도록 하는 하역라인과, 하역라인으로부터 분기되어 저장 용기에 연결되는 압력보충라인과, 압력보충라인에 설치되며, 가압액화천연가스를 기화시키는 증발기를 포함하는 가압액화천연가스 저장 용기의 고압 유지 시스템이 제공된다. 본 발명에 따르면, 가압액화천연가스의 하역시 압력 및 온도 강하로 인한 이산화탄소의 동결을 방지하고, 이로 인해 하역에 사용되는 노즐 및 배관 등의 막힘 현상을 방지함으로써 안정적인 하역 작업이 이루어질 수 있고, 가압액화천연가스의 하역에 펌프 등이 필요하지 않게 됨으로써 하역 장비를 최소화하여 비용을 절감할 수 있으며, 저장 용기의 압력 유지에 따른 하역 시간의 단축 및 효율이 증가할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a method for treating evaporation gas of a vessel allowing evaporation gas to efficiently be used by pressurizing evaporation gas discharged from a storage tank, and using most of them as fuel of a high pressure natural gas spray engine for a vessel and liquefying the rest of them to cold energy of evaporation gas newly discharged from the storage tank to return to the storage tank. According to the present invention, the method for treating evaporation gas of a vessel, which has a storage tank for storing liquefied natural gas and a high pressure natural gas spray engine for using evaporation gas discharged from the storage tank as fuel, comprises: a compressing step of receiving evaporation gas generated in the storage tank to be compressed by a compressor; a supplying step of classifying the evaporation gas compressed in the compressing step to supply a portion of the evaporation gas to the high pressure natural gas spray engine as fuel; and a cooling step of heat exchanging, by a heat exchanger, the rest of the evaporation gas which is not supplied to the high pressure natural gas spray engine as fuel with evaporation gas which is not compressed after being discharged from the storage tank to be cooled.

The present invention relates to a natural gas liquefaction apparatus capable of transferring liquefied refrigerants without using a pump in a low temperature phase separator included in a refrigerant cycle. According to the present invention, the natural gas liquefaction apparatus liquefies the natural gas generated in a liquefied gas storing tank by comprising: a compressor which compresses refrigerants; a cooler which cools the compressed refrigerants; an expansion tool which expands the refrigerants which are cooled after being compressed; and a heat exchanger which heat exchanges the refrigerants which are expanded so that the temperature can be lowered, with natural gas and cools the natural gas. The natural gas liquefaction apparatus comprises: the heat exchanger which secondarily cools the refrigerants primarily cooled in the cooler before expanding in the expansion tool; the low temperature phase separator which separates the refrigerants which are partially evaporated while passing the expansion tool after being secondarily cooled in the heat exchanger, into liquefied refrigerants and gasified refrigerants; a gasified coolant supply pipe which is extended to supply the gasified coolants from the low temperature phase separator to the heat exchanger; a liquefied coolant supply pipe which is extended to supply the liquefied coolants from the low temperature phase separator to the heat exchanger and is joined with the gasified coolant supply pipe inside the heat exchanger; and a secondary expansion tool which is installed in the gasified coolant supply pipe and drops the pressure of the gasified coolants.

PURPOSE: A system for maintaining the high pressure of a compressed LNG storage tank is provided to secure the stabilization of an unloading work by preventing the blockage of a nozzle and a pipe. CONSTITUTION: A system for maintaining the high pressure of a compressed LNG storage tank comprises an unloading line(410) and a pressure supplementary line(420). The unloading line is connected from the storage tank to a storage tank of a consumption site to unload compressed LNG. The pressure supplementary line is branched from the unloading line and supplies the compressed LNG to the storage tank by vaporizing some of the compressed LNG with a vaporizer.

PURPOSE: A Re-liquefaction apparatus and a fuel supply system of a marine structure with a high-pressure natural gas injection engine are provided to prevent the generation of flash gas when LBOG(Liquefied Boil-Off Gas) returns to an LNG storage tank. CONSTITUTION: A fuel supply system for a high-pressure natural gas injection engine comprises a LBOG return line(L41) and a pressure control valve(145). A fuel supply line(L13) supplies fuel to the high-pressure natural gas injection engine from a re-liquefaction apparatus(120) through a high pressure pump. The LBOG return line branches from the middle of the fuel supply line, and returns the re-liquefied LBOG to a storage tank(110). The pressure control valve is installed in the LBOG return line, and maintains the pressure of the fuel supply line.

PURPOSE: A re-liquefaction apparatus and a fuel supply system of a marine structure with a high-pressure natural gas injection engine are provided to stably maintain the subcooling state of LBOG(Liquefied Boil-Off Gas). CONSTITUTION: A pre-cooling unit of a fuel supply system for a high-pressure natural gas injection engine pre-cools LBOG supplied to a re-liquefying apparatus when a fuel supply to the high-pressure natural gas injection engine is stopped. The pre-cooling unit comprises a LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas) branch line and a LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas) joining line. The LNG branch line is connected to a fuel supply line(L3) in a lower part of a high pressure pump(33), and supplies LNG supplied from a storage tank. The LNG joining line is connected to an evaporation gas supply line(L2) of a BOG compression unit(13), and branches from the fuel supply line.
