본 발명은 RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) 기술을 이용한 디바이스 제어 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 제2 디바이스에 저장된 데이터에 대한 정보를 무선으로 판독하고, 그 판독된 정보에 기초하여 제2 디바이스가 수행할 동작을 결정한 후, 그 결정된 동작에 대응되는 커맨드(command)를 제2 디바이스에 무선으로 기록함으로써, 전원 장치 및 디스플레이 장치를 탑재하지 않은 제2디바이스와 물리적으로 연결하지 않고도, 제1 디바이스가 제2 디바이스에 저장된 데이터를 확인하거나 그 데이터에 접근할 수 있게 해준다.

컨텐츠 녹화시 개인적으로 특화된 재생 제어 정보를 생성하는 개인 맞춤형 녹화 컨텐츠 처리 방법 및 장치가 개시되어 있다. 본 발명은 방송 스트림으로부터 방송 관련 부가 정보를 추출하는 과정, 추출된 방송 관련 부가 정보와 사용자의 시청 형태 선호도를 매칭하여 사용자 인터렉션 정보를 추출하는 과정, 사용자 인터렉션 정보에 따라 해당 방송 스트림을 선택적으로 파싱하는 과정, 사용자 인터렉션 정보 및 스트림 파싱 정보에 근거하여 해당 방송 스트림의 재생 제어 정보를 생성하는 과정을 포함한다.

A method of fabricating a semiconductor device is provided. It includes: a step of forming a first ion injection layer of an amorphous state on a substrate which includes a first conductivity type impurity region; a step of forming semiconductor patterns on the substrate; a step of forming the first doping region of the first conductivity type in the semiconductor patterns; and a step of forming the second doping region of the second conductivity type in the semiconductor patterns. The step of forming the first ion injection layer includes injecting carbon or germanium ions.
