Abstract: PURPOSE: A photoelectric conversion module is provided to easily perform light coupling through a facing structure of an optical device and an optical waveguide by interposing a gap maintaining part between a holder and an interposer. CONSTITUTION: A holder(110) surrounds an optical waveguide having one end. An optical device(120) receives an optical signal outputted in one end of the optical waveguide, outputs the optical signal to one end of the optical waveguide, and is mounted to an interposer(130). A terminal of the interposer is connected to the optical device. A gap maintaining part(150) is interposed between the holder and the interposer. The optical device is formed to a through hole of the gap maintaining part. The interposer includes a terminal connected to a conductive via hole and the conductive via hole connected to the terminal. The conductive via hole connects the terminal connected to the optical device to a different terminal.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A CPWG transmission line and a printed circuit board including the same are provided to implement impedance matching by maintaining a CPWG transmission method between the signal lines by forming a dummy solder ball in a ground line of the CPWG transmission line. CONSTITUTION: A ground line(150) is positioned between signal lines(110,120) using a CPWG(Coplanar Waveguide with Ground) transmission method. A solder ball(115,125,151) is formed in each signal line. A metal structure is additionally in the same position as the solder ball. The metal structure is a dummy solder ball or dummy pad.

Abstract: A light guide media for an optical mouse is provided to offer an optical mouse of which light uniformity is increased and recognition rate is improved by preventing the loss of the light of a light source caused by scattering. An optical inducement unit(110) is installed in front of a light source(101) to induce the light from the light source to a contact plane. In order to the prevent the intensity of the light from being weak due to scattering, an external surface of the optical inducement unit is formed in the shape of a smooth circle or pillar and the area of a plane adjacent to the light source is larger than the plane adjacent to the contact plane. Abstract: The photoelectric conversion module is provided to improve the reliability of the photoelectric conversion and to reduce the manufacturing cost by not forming 45 degree reflective mirror in the optical waveguide. Abstract: An optical microphone is provided to make a great difference of intensity between light emitting from a light source and the light delivered to a light receiving device without a large processed angle of an upper end side of a wave guide. An optical microphone comprises a light source, first and second wave guides(32,34), a vibration plate(33), and a light receiving device. Upper end sides of the first and second wave guides are treated to slope with a predetermined angle for a lower side of the vibration plate. Central axes of the first and second wave guides slope with a predetermined angle for the lower side of the vibration plate. One of the first and second wave guides rotates in a range of 45 degrees to 315 degrees for the central axis from a state that the upper end sides are linearly symmetric to a perpendicular direction to the lower side.

Abstract: An electro-optical circuit board and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to facilitate a manufacturing process by manufacturing an insulation substrate, an optical waveguide layer, an optical electro device layer, and a driving circuit layer, and stacking the layers through a lamination process. The driving circuit layer is bonded on an upper part of the optical electro layer by a second prepreg(700).
