The novel propenoic ester compound is prepared by reacting a brominated compound of the formula (2) and an oxime compound of the formula (3) in the presence of a base, to obtain compound of the formula (4); debenzylating the resultant compound, to obtain phenolic ester compound of the formula (5); and reacting the resultant compound with a fluorinated vinyl compound of the formula (6) in the presence of a base.
