PURPOSE: A roof rack assembly having a position adjustable cross rail of a vehicle is provided to decrease wind noise generated from a slot in a side rail by supporting a mounting member having a combining unit joined with the cross member on the upper surface of the side rail and both guide grooves. CONSTITUTION: A roof rack assembly for a vehicle has a cross rail(120) disposed horizontally on a side rail(110) mounted in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle body to adjust longitudinally the position. Guide grooves(113a,113b) are formed at both lateral sides(112a,112b) of the side rail along the longitudinal direction. The cross rail is supported to a mounting member(130) of which the position is regulated along the guide grooves, and installed on the side rail. The mounting member is composed of a locking unit(139) for locking an inside(114) of the guide groove and a combining unit(133) joined with the cross rail, and supported on both lateral sides having the guide grooves and an upside(111) of the side rail.

PURPOSE: A side molding of a windshield glass is provided to protect the side portion of the windshield glass by preventing the separation of a protector. CONSTITUTION: The outer portion of a stopper(20) is connected with the lower part of a molding body(1) by fusing the upper and the lower faces near the outer portion. A hook(21) is integrally formed in the upper part of the stopper. The hook is inserted in a groove(22) to be formed in the upper part of the molding body to combine the stopper with the molding body.

PURPOSE: Provided is a device for spreading a primer for glass mounting, which can spread the primer on the correct position and prevent a brush from spreading and change the brush only. CONSTITUTION: The device for spreading the primer for glass mounting contains: a handle member(11) having a long hexahedral shape of which the inside is empty and the bottom is open; the brush(10) and a brush body(13) inserted in the lower open part of the handle member(11) and fixed/separated by a screw(12a); a guide member(15) extended from one side of the handle member(11) and controlling an angle and a length by using the joint structure and having a roller(14) sliding on a panel; a wall(16) for preventing the spread of the brush(10), which is extended from the lower part of the handle member(11) and placed parallel on one side of the brush(10).

CONSTITUTION: A combining structure of a cowl top cover(15) for combining sides of the cowl top cover and a cowl under panel(13) formed at the lower end of a front window of a vehicle is composed of a combining hole(13a) formed at the side of the cowl under panel and a combining tool(16) having a hanging sill(16a) hung on the combining hole at the side of the cowl top cover corresponding to the combining hole.

PURPOSE: An injection die for a vehicular glass encapsulation is provided to increase production yield and to prevent generation of burr by a gap between a die and a glass by constituting the injection die having a slider groove, a slider and a stopper. CONSTITUTION: An injection die for a vehicular glass encapsulation comprises a slider groove(210), a slider(220), and a stopper(230). The slider groove is formed at a position a glass(300) of a die core(200) is seated, and has a width in the direction of the lower portion of the die core. The slider is inserted into the slider groove, moving along a side wall of the slider groove, and has edges on its both upper ends, the edges being in contact with the glass. The stopper is installed between the slider and a bottom face of the slider groove so as to restrict tolerance of glass curvature.
