    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a refrigerator machine oil to be used in compressor for a refrigeration system, for example, a refrigerator using hydrofluorocarbon as a refrigerant by making the machine oil contain an ester-based synthetic oil as a main component and adding a specific monocarbonate at a specific rate to the refrigerator machine oil. SOLUTION: An ester-based synthetic fluid is made to be included as a main component and a monocarbonate of the formula (R1 and R2 are each a 3-10C hydrocarbon chain) is added 2.8×10-6-2.8×10-4 mole per 1 cm3 of the refrigerator machine oil. This oil suppresses the formation of carboxylic acids by hydrolysis, inhibits the corrosive-wearing of the metal and the copper plating phenomena. In addition, this machine oil secures the dissolution of the reaction products into the hydraulic medium to prevent the capillary tubes from being clogged and increase the lubricity.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the connecting part of a piston pin with a connecting rod from being abnormally worn out in a reciprocation type compressor. SOLUTION: At the connecting part of a connecting rod 5 with a piston pin 13, since the connecting rod 5 plays a rocking motion relative to the fixed piston pin 13, a fluid film due to lubricant is hardly formed up, and metals are brought into contact with each other at a part of a sliding surface. At this time, the sliding of a non-coagulant film 14 formed over the surface of the piston pin 13 with the metallic contact part of a connection portion of the connecting rod 5, prevents aluminum forming the connecting rod 5 from being coagulated onto the piston pin 13. As a result, an increase in temperature around the connecting part of the connecting rod 5 with the piston pin 13 is reduced, and restraining lubricant from being removed from the surface thereby prevents the surface from being moved to a dry and frictional condition.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress leakage by resolving double layer separation as well as preventing leakage coupled with high electrical insulating property of ester oil by providing an enclosed casing in which a HFC refrigerant and ester refrigerator oil are sealed, and a sensor which is installed downward an oiling device and which is arranged for detecting double layer separation. SOLUTION: A shaft 2 rotates with turning force of a motor part 10, moves a piston 5, and compresses refrigerant in a compression chamber 7 formed by an auxiliary bearing 3, a bearing 4, and a cylinder 6. In this time, refrigerant HFC-134a and ester refrigerating machine oil are supplied to a machine unit through an oiling device 8 for lubrication. When a motor is stopped, an insulation resistance is measured between an insulation resistance sensor 16 and a hermetic compressor by the insulation resistance sensor 16. When this measured value is a prescribed value and less, current-carrying to a heater 14 is carried out by a heater current carrying control device 15 to heat oil of the refrigerator. The double layer separation of refrigerator oil and the refrigerant HFC-134a is resolved, and a solution rate of the refrigerant HFC-134a is reduced so as to improve electrical insulation property.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent explosion at the time of collecting a flammable gas coolant by fixing the stator of a motor for a compressor to the outside of an enclosed container and arranging the rotor of the motor on the inside of the enclosed container. SOLUTION: At the time of collecting the flammable gas coolant, e.g. isobutane, of a cooler 1, the air is mixed with the flammable gas in the system piping of a coolant collection unit if a large quantity of air in a case 2 is mixed through gas leakage from a collection port 3 or an on/off valve 6. The mixture gas of the flammable gas and the air is absorbed into the enclosed container of a compressor 7 through operation thereof. Since the stator of a motor is arranged on the outside of the enclosed container, the mixture gas of the flammable gas and the air does not touch a spark generated from the stator of the motor even in case of abnormal overheat where the concentration of flammable gas in the enclosed container reaches the explosion range thus preventing explosion.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hermetic compressor fabricated by placing a compressor part and a drive motor in a hermetic casing and using a refrigerant (e.g. HFC-134a) and made proof against a current leakage due to poor electrical insulation of a refrigerator oil by sealing it with an ester-type refrigerator oil having a volume resistivity of 10 Ωcm or above. SOLUTION: In the hermetic container, the ester-type refrigerator oil having a volume resistivity of 10 Ωcm or above and the HFC-134a layer 12 are in the state of two separated layers. When the compressor is operated, the generated heat causes the layers to gradually dissolve to break the two-separated state. The volume resistivity of the refrigerant HFC-134a is 10 Ωcm and is lower than that of the refrigerator oil. An insulation resistance sensor 16 controls current application by means of a controller 15 for heater current application and controls the temperature when the insulation resistance lowers to a specified value or below by virtue of the fact that the insulation resistance of the refrigerator oil varies with the amount of the refrigerant dissolved in it. By virtue of the high insulation resistance of the ester oil itself, a current leakage or an electrical shock can be effectively prevented.

CONSTITUTION:In a compressor using refrigerant 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoro-ethane (R134a), not containing chlorine in a molecule, as compressed gas for a problem such as the destruction of an ozone layer, a roller 6 rotatably supported at the eccentric part of the shaft 2 of a motor is accommodated in a cylinder with a vane 7 integrated therein. In this case, the vane 7 and the roller 6 are formed of a cobalt group alloy formed by mixing one kind or more of ceramics grain, selected out of tungsten carbide, titanium carbide, titanium nitride, vanadium carbide, chromium carbide, silicon carbide and silicon nitride, in a matrix alloy with cobalt as a main component. The coagulant wear of the vane 7 and roller 6 is thereby prevented, and the durability of the compressor is improved.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enhance durability of a compressor using a specific refrigerant by forming a bearing for supporting a shaft made of cast iron of aluminum alloy cast, and casting a preform of ceramic fiber having a specific porosity in the inner circumferential surface. CONSTITUTION:A shaft 4 made of cast iron press-fitted into a rotor 2 is supported by a bearing 11 by a motor comprising the rotor 2 and a stator 3 so that a compressor is rotated. A piston 8 is reciprocated via a piston pin 9 by a connecting rod 6 attached to an eccentric portion of the shaft 4. As a result, refrigerant gas composed of 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane is sucked into a space 10 defined inside a cylinder 7, followed by compression. The bearing 11 supporting the shaft 4 is formed of aluminum alloy cast, and a preform of ceramic fiber having a porosity of 70-90% is cast in the inner circumferential surface. Consequently, it is possible to enhance heat radiation performance and mechanical strength.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent wear of a roller and a vane so as to improve durability of a compressor by specifying the surface hardeness of a roller, forming a vane out of alloy steel containing chromium and the like, and treating only the surface of the extreme end part by ceramic coating such as titanium nitride. CONSTITUTION:In this compressor 1, a roller 6 is fitted to the eccentric part of a shaft 2, and a vane 7 of which the extreme end part is slidably contacted with the outer circumference of the roller 6 is received in the groove of a cylinder 4 receiving the roller piston. In the above-mentioned constitution, the surface hardness of the roller 6 is set at HV 800-2000. The vane 7 is formed so that the base material 7a is formed out of alloy steel containing chromium or iron- series sintered material, and after at least the extreme end part is treated by nitriding so as to form a compound layer 7c of iron, chromium, and nitrogen, only the surface of the extreme end part is treated by ceramic coating 7d of titanium nitride or titanium carbide. Hereby, wear of the vane 7 and the roller 6 is prevented, so as to improve durability of the compressor 1.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To surely prevent oil shortage by adopting a hydrophilic film made of water-glass whose main component is sodium silicate, and which shows a specified water contact angle to a sliding member for a compressor, and thereby improving adsorbability of glycol oil or ester oil onto a shaft. CONSTITUTION:A water-glass derived hydrophilic film 3 is formed on a sliding surface 2 of a sliding member 1 for a compressor by thickness of 0.5mum. A lubricating oil 4 is adsorbed onto the sliding surface 2. The water-glass derived hydrophilic film 3 is formed by applying water solvent of quartz sand and molten sodium for heating and hardening. Its main component is sodium silicate, and a water contact angle of the sliding surface 2, that is, the film 3 is ranged between 0 and 30 degrees. Adsorbability of glycol oil or ester oil onto the sliding member 1 such as a shaft is improved. Shortage of oil held in a clearance between the shaft and a bearing is prevented, and damage of the bearing caused by abnormal abrasion such as agglutination is prevented.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a high efficient compressor suppressing an amount of eccentricity in a shaft and reducing an amount of leakage of compressed gas by providing a floating bush to be built between the shaft and a main bearing or a subbearing. CONSTITUTION:A floating bush 16 is built between a shaft 5 and a main bearing 8, while rings 17 and 18 are forced to be fitted to the main bearing 8 for preventing the floating bush 16 from falling off. By this constitution, the main bearing 8 or a subbearing 9 divides its clearance into two parts by the floating bush 16, decreasing virtual clearance ratio and an amount of eccentricity of the shaft 5. The constitution is obtained by the logical characteristic of a sliding bearing decreasing the eccentricity by reducing the clearance ratio. And as the result, performance of a compressor can be improved by reducing the leakage of compressed gas from a compression chamber to a suction chamber.
