    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may be configured to receive, while the UE is in wireless communications with a first serving cell supported by a base station, an indication to activate or deactivate a second serving cell supported by the base station. The UE may receive a reference signal from the base station via the first serving cell, the reference signal received a duration of time after receipt of the indication, where the duration of time is an interruption period for the wireless communications with the first serving cell. The UE may then resume the wireless communications with the first serving cell based on the interruption period ending at receipt of the reference signal.

    Abstract: A configuration of cross-carrier channel state information (CSI) reporting is disclosed. A user equipment (UE) may be configured for CSI reporting, which includes multiple trigger states, in which some of these trigger states include at least one carrier indicator identifying at least one component carrier (CC) for CSI measurement. Upon receipt of a downlink control information (DCI) message including identification of one of the trigger states, the UE identifies at least one CSI report configuration which may be identified with an associated CC and identification of at least one CSI resource setting identified with the CC for each of the CSI report configurations. The UE may then perform CSI measurement for the identified CC based on the CSI report configuration and resource setting. The UE may then signal the CSI report, including the CSI measurement, to a serving base station.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive downlink control information (DCI) messages scheduling downlink data transmissions at the UE, where at least one DCI message schedules two or more downlink data transmissions. The UE may determine, based on the DCI messages, a first set of downlink resources associated with a first control resource set (CORESET) group and a second set of downlink resources associated with a second CORESET group. The UE may receive one or more first downlink data transmissions on the first set of downlink resources and one or more second downlink data transmissions on the second set of downlink resources. The UE may communicate using a first set of parameters associated with the first CORESET group and a second set of parameters associated with the second CORESET group.

    Abstract: Example implementations include a method, apparatus and computer-readable medium for wireless communication at a secondary node (SN) in a dual connectivity architecture, comprising determining existence of a reporting condition for reporting a time offset (Toffset) value to a master node (MN), wherein the Toffset value is a cutoff time before an SN scheduled uplink transmission configured by the SN for a user equipment (UE) to receive an MN downlink control transmission that grants resources for an MN scheduled uplink transmission that overlaps with the SN scheduled uplink transmission in order to calculate a maximum SN transmit power for the SN scheduled uplink transmission. An example method generally includes monitoring for at least first and second downlink control information (DCI) formats for scheduling a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH), determining a bitwidth of a rate matching indicator field of at least one of the first DCI format or the second DCI format, and performing PDSCH rate matching for a PDSCH scheduled by a DCI of the first or second DCI format based, at least in part, on the rate matching indicator field in the DCI or a format of the DCI.

The apparatus may be further configured to receive SPS signaling from the base station via one or more TX beams of the set of TX beams over each of a set of SPS occasions. The apparatus may be further configured to transmit feedback to the base station on one or more subsets of the set of resources respectively corresponding to the one or more TX beams based on the SPS signaling, the feedback indicating one of ACK or NACK.
