A Shock absorber, in particular a MacPherson strut unit, with a decompression stop limit bracket which is fastened to a container tube and which, in the event of a rebound of a vehicle axle, comes into contact with a body-side support surface, comprising a base plate with side walls which is welded to a reinforcement plate and a radial guide plate which is connected to the container tube, characterized by the fact that the side walls and the guide plate as well as the reinforcement plate form a groove which is filled by a weld seam such that all the parts forming the groove are connected to one another by means of the weld seam.

A lower arm for vehicular suspension is provided to prevent interference between a brake hose and a lower arm. A lower arm for vehicular suspension comprises a metallic brake pipe(50) which is arranged along one-side edge inside an upper plate; a first hose joint(61) which is fixed to one side end of the brake pipe and in which a first brake hose is connected; and a second hose joint(62) which is fixed to the other side end of the brake pipe and wherein a second brake hose is connected.

본 발명은 자동차의 오일 파이프 및 케이블 체결용 클램프에 관한 것으로서, 종래의 클램프는 자동차의 주행시 발생되는 진동에 의해 볼트가 풀리는 단점이 있고, 또한 클램프 자체가 흔들리게 되어 파이프나 케이블에 소손을 입히는 단점을 감안하여 안출한 것으로서, 오일 파이프 및 케이블을 삽입시킬 수 있도록 중앙에 좌우로 관통된 다수의 삽입구가 형성되고, 상기 삽입구 위쪽에는 공기 구멍이 형성되며, 상기 삽입구 밑으로는 상기 파이프 및 케이블이 삽입되었을때, 파이프 및 케이블을 고정 및 지지 시킬 수 있도록 일측면에 고정단이 형성되고, 반대면에는 탄성지지단이 형성된 클램프와 이 클램프를 차체 패널에 고정시킬 수 있도록 한 고정 브라켓을 제공하고자 한 것이다.
Abstract:
A stabilizer bar for a vehicle is provided to maintain stable position of the vehicle by forming a fluid housing at two sides of a sub frame and passing rotating propellers through the fluid housing. A stabilizer bar(1) for a vehicle comprises a torsion unit(L1), and a fluid resistance unit(10). The torsion unit is installed at a sub frame adjacent to a vehicle body with two clampers. Two ends of the torsion unit are bent to each direction respectively and fixed to a trailing arm. The fluid resistance unit is placed between two sides of the sub frame and two sides of the torsion unit, and reinforces torsional strength of the torsion unit using fluid resistance. The fluid resistance unit has a fluid housing(11), a plurality of fixed propellers(13), and a plurality of rotating propellers(15). The cylindrical fluid housing is installed at two sides of the sub frame, and wherein fluid is filled. The fixed propellers are integrally formed along an inner surface of the fluid housing longitudinally with a predetermined angle and gap. The rotating propellers are formed at two outer periphery surfaces of the torsion unit which is placed in the fluid housing. The two sides of the torsion unit pass through the fluid housing in the longitudinal direction.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air spring having simple structure while it includes a level sensor on the other hand. SOLUTION: The air spring includes a cover to form the spring space, filled with gas, together with a roll bellows and a bottom part. The roll bellows is at least partially covered at the outside with a sleeve and the lift position of the air spring is detected by at least one sensor. Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce the length of a suspension, improve the visibility in front and heighten the degree of freedom of shaping, by connecting the liquid pressure part of a gas/liquid pressure converter to the liquid chamber of a shock absorber to alter the pressure of gas in response to the change in that of liquid. CONSTITUTION: The lower liquid chamber 27 of a shock absorber 2 is connected to the liquid chamber 39 of an accumulator 36 through a valve 34. The air chamber 40 of the accumulator 36 is connected to an air controller not shown in the drawing. When no external force is acting, the pressure of the air chamber 40 and liquid chamber 39 of the accumulator 36 is equal to that of the upper and lower liquid chambers 26, 27 of the shock absorber 2. The change in the height of a vehicle is applied to the air chamber 40 of the accumulator 36 through a sensor and the air controller and then to the liquid chambers 26, 27 of the shock absorber 2 through a diaphragm 38 and the liquid chamber 39 to move a piston rod 12 to rectify the height of the vehicle.
