Abstract:
An artificial soft caviar contains, in per cent by weight, 45-57 per cent of animal protein, 8-15 per cent of salt fish and/or salt fish subproduct, 1-8 per cent of tea extract, 1-2 per cent of salt and the balance being water. A method of making said caviar by means of preparation of an aqueous solution based on animal proteins and its filtration with subsequent making of spherical granules of the filtered solution. The obtained spherical granules are coloured in 7 - 8 per cent solution of the tea extract taken in the quantity of 100 - 120 per cent of the weight of the granules to be coloured, and then in 0.01 - 0.25 per cent of aqueous solution of iron hexachloride taken in the quantity of 100 - 250 per cent of the weight of the granules to be coloured. After that the coloured granules are saturated with a taste additive by keeping the granules in a dispersion containing 16 - 30 per cent of the taste additive comprising crushed salt fish and its salt liquor and/or crushed salt fish subproducts and, eventually, 7 - 8 per cent aqueous solution of the tea extract, thus obtaining the desired product. Two variants of a device for implementation of the method are proposed.

Article of the invention: production equipment "Waterfall" for bulk single crystal growth of leucosapphire by the Czokhraiski and Kyropoulus methods and in the vacuum with resistive heating and utilizing a string weight sensor. Essence of the invention: a unique string weight sensor has been used on this equipment for the purposes of automation of the technological process of bulk single crystal growth of leucosapphire to enable the growth according to the present parameters. The weight sensor is mounted on the upper end of the mobile hollow rod. Single seed crystal is attached to the active string element of the weight sensor by the control rod. Changes in the weight of the growing crystal are detected by the weight sensor as an electric signal that is immediately transmitted to the PC-based control system. Technical outcome: by bulk single crystals with a preset desired size and weight, thanks to the great precision control of the parameters of the crystal in the process of its growth.
Abstract:
Application: the invention can be utilized within an automated system of control of the technological process of single crystal growth. Essence of the Invention: two boards are placed under a hermetic casing; one of them rotates along with the weight sensor, as the other remains static. An optoelectronic couple (that contains an LED and a phototransistor that are placed coaxially) is placed on top fo the boards. Signal is transmitted to the comptuer via the aforementioned optoelectronic couple. Technical outcome: by utilizing the string weight, higher measuring precision and higher sensibility (that allows automated crystal growth from a seedcrystal) can be achieved.
Abstract:
The invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular to tools and a method for machining workpieces which have curved diffucult-to-reach surface areas. The inventive method consists in machining with the aid of cylindrical or conical end milling cutters, at least one part of the working surface of which is curved. Machining is carried out by the area of the curved surface, the parameters of which are selected according to the surface or a machined workpiece in such a way that the condition ?i=?max is fulfilled, wherein ?i is the actual deviation angle between the tool axis and a tangent plane to the machined surface of the work piece at a tangent point between the cutter and said machined surface of the workpiece and ?max is the maximum deviation angle between the tool axis and a tangent plane to the curved surface of the cutter working part. Apart from the above-mentioned condition, the used tool is characterised in that R>R rot , wherein R is the curvature of the curved segment of the cutter working part, and R rot is the maximum radius of rotation of the cutter working part. Said invention makes it possible to reduce the value of surface roughness and/or to increase the process efficiency.

FIELD: medicine, technology of medicinal agents, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: method involves the following stages: powder-like, dried, non-defibrinated blood of Siberian stag, Manchurian wapiti or sika deer is subjected for microcapsulation by preparing the preliminary soaking 8-10% aqueous solution of the above-indicated powder at temperature 30-35 C followed by addition of accessory material to prepared solution. Then the prepared solution is applied on microgranules made of accessory material in granulator device with fluidized bed and with their simultaneous drying. Then accessory-base material envelope is applied on microgranules surface, dried at temperature 38-40 C up to humidity 2%, not less, and calcium stearate is added in granulator device before unloading. Sugar and/or lactose, and/or glucose, and/or fructose, and/or sorbitol are used as accessory material. Ascorbic acid can be used as supplement that is added to solution of accessory material used in envelope applying. Method ensures to prepare preparations showing the enhanced fitness time and no requiring special storage conditions. EFFECT: improved method of preparing. 5 cl
