Abstract: PURPOSE: An LPI injector is provided to prevent LPG fuel from remaining and remove an air gap by inserting an airtight seat between an injection part and an injection tube. CONSTITUTION: An LPI injector comprises an injection part(100), a housing(200), an adapter(300), an icing tip(400), and an injection tube(500). The housing surrounds the outer circumference of the injection part. The adapter is installed below the housing. The icing tip is coupled below the adapter. The injection tube is connected to the lower end of the injection part and is installed in the adapter and the icing tip. An insertion hole(110) is formed in the injection part. An inlet hole(510) is formed in the injection tube. An airtight seat(111) is interposed between the insertion hole and the inlet hole.

Abstract: 본 발명의 LPI 인젝터는, 분사부와, 상기 분사부의 외주를 감싸는 하우징과, 상기 하우징의 하부에 설치되는 어댑터와, 상기 어댑터의 하부에 결합되는 아이싱 팁 및 상기 분사부의 하단과 연통되게 연결되며 상기 어댑터 및 아이싱 팁에 관통되게 설치되는 분사튜브로 구성되는 LPI 인젝터에 있어서, 상기 분사부에 형성되는 삽입홈 및 상기 삽입홈에 대응되도록 상기 분사튜브에 형성되는 삽입구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명은 분사부와 분사튜브를 삽입되는 구조로 구성하며 그 사이에 기밀시트를 삽입하여 공극이 발생하지 않아 LPG 연료가 잔류하는 것을 방지하는 효과를 제공한다.

Abstract: A multi-valve provided with a fuel filter is provided to facilitate exchange and repair work for a fuel filter through additional installation of a manual valve without discharging fuel stored in a fuel tank. A multi-valve provided with a fuel filter comprises a base plate(100) and a check valve. The check valve is installed at the base plate and connected by a fuel pump and a fuel pipe(3). A manual valve(300) is installed at the base plate and the outlet of the check valve to intermittently control the flow of fuel. Return and relief valves are installed at the base plate. A fuel filter(400) is installed at the upper portion of the base plate such that the fuel filter is freely detached from the base plate. The fuel filter has an inlet section, which is connected with the check and manual valves, and an outlet section connected with the fuel pipe via a supply blocking valve(900) installed at the base plate. The check valve is open in case the fuel pump operates.
