Abstract: 본 고안은 액체량 검출센서 및 이를 구비한 액체량 검출장치에 관한 것으로, 본 고안에 따른 액체량 검출 센서는, 단면이 원 또는 다각형의 형태로 구성되며 일정한 길이를 가지는 제1전극과, 상기 제1전극과는 빈 공간을 사이에 두고 일정거리를 유지하며 속이 빈 원통 또는 다각기둥 구조로써 상기 제1전극을 감싸는 형태의 제2전극을 구비하여, 상기 제1전극과 상기 제2전극 사이의 공간에 채워지는 액체물질의 유전율 또는 상기 액체물질의 양에 따른 정전용량의 변화를 이용하여, 일정 저장용기에 채워진 상기 액체물질의 양을 측정하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 고안에 따르면, 정전용량의 변화를 이용하여 액체량 검출이 가능해진다.
