Abstract: Disclosed is a polarization film processing device of a display panel and a method thereof. The device processes a polarization film attached on the display panel. The polarization film processing device includes a laser processing unit processing a cut line by emitting a laser to the polarization film attached on the display panel stacked on a processing table; and a pick-up and scrap unit picking up and transferring the display panel to an inspection table and gripping a dummy part of the polarization film corresponding to the outer side of the cut line to separate the dummy part when a transfer picker when returning. The polarization film processing device can reduce the tack time of the whole process and improve productive capacity by adding a grip function, to a picker, for removing the dummy part of the polarization film on the display panel generated by laser processing.
