PURPOSE: Provided is a material for cosmetics which involves excellent stability, low toxicity, low stimulation, sustained release and high diffusion, and is made in economic and effective manners. CONSTITUTION: The cosmetic material is a hybrid material of vitamin C and lamellar metallic hydroxides. A method of manufacturing the hybrid material comprises the steps of: reacting the starting material in a basic solution to make lamellar metallic hydroxide salts; and diffusing the lamellar metallic hydroxide salts in a solvent of water, or a mixed solvent, and dissolving the vitamin C, followed by ion exchange reacting it.

PURPOSE: A process of preparing a hybrid material containing 3-benzoyl-α -methylbenzene acetic acid, 4-biphenyl acetic acid, minocycline, etc. is provided. Whereby, the new hybrid material is useful in stabilization and delivery of specified drugs, low in adverse effects and excellent in stability and can be used in the form of an ointment, patch, oral administration, injection or the like. CONSTITUTION: The hybrid material is prepared by coprecipitation or ion exchange reaction of: a drug selected from the group consisting of 3-benzoyl-α-methylbenzene acetic acid, 4-biphenyl acetic acid and minocycline; and a layered inorganic material selected from the group consisting of layered silicate, layered aluminosilicate, layered phosphate and layered metal oxide.

PURPOSE: A process for preparing as cosmetic material as a hybrid matter comprising a cosmetic active component and layered metal hydroxide is provided. The hybrid matter has excellent stability, low toxicity, low irritation, sustained release property and dispersibility, therefore, the cosmetic containing the same has also characteristics such as skin whitening, comedolytic activity, wrinkle resistance, brown spot removal, skin moisturizing, harmful UV shielding, waste matter removal, etc. CONSTITUTION: The hybrid matter comprises: a cosmetic active component selected from vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin derivatives, lactic acid, citric acid, kojic acid, indole-3-acetic acid and salicylic acid; and a layered metal hydroxide as a metal double-layered hydroxide. The layered metal hydroxide as starting material, reacts in a basic solution to produce a layered metal hydroxide salt. The layered metal hydroxide salt is dispersed in a water solvent or a mixed solvent, mixed with a cosmetic active component and then reacts. The surface of the hybrid matter is coated with at least one selected from the group consisting of polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol, cellulose, polymethylmethacrylate and silane.

PURPOSE: Provided are a hybrid of itraconazole, cyclosporine or carvedilol with a layered silicate and a process for preparing the same, thereby releasing drugs from the layered silicate and maximizing their bioavailability in the living body. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid of itraconazole, cyclosporine or carvedilol with a layered silicate is characterized in that itraconazole, cyclosporine or carvedilol is inserted between silicate layers or absorbed to the surface of the layered silicate. It is manufactured by the steps of: preparing a solution containing layered silicate by dispersing the layered silicate in a water soluble solvent; preparing a drugs-containing solution by dissolving drugs in an organic solvent; and mixing the above solutions together to insert drugs between silicate layers or absorb them to the surface to the surface of the layered silicate.
