Abstract:
본 발명은 무기 고분자 하이브리드 콜로이드 화합물 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는, 생리활성 분자의 존재 하에서 무기질 염류의 수열합성을 통해, 균일한 입도와 형상을 나타내며 제타 전위가 (+) 25 mV 이상 또는 (-) 25 mV 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 무기 고분자 하이브리드 콜로이드 화합물 및 그의 제조방법과 이를 포함한 약제학적 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 초분자성 하이브리드 콜로이드 화합물은 안정한 콜로이드 물성을 가짐으로 인해, 약학, 의학, 화장품, 농약, 식품 등의 다양한 분야에서 유효 성분 물질의 전달 기술에 널리 활용될 수 있다.
Abstract:
A hybrid with layered metal hydroxide is provided to increase the stability of unsaturated fatty acid, easily formulate, and efficiently apply the unsaturated fatty acid into the skin. A hybrid of an undsaturated fatty acid and layered metal hydroxide is obtained by introduction of unsaturated fatty acid between the layers of layered metal hydroxide and hybridization. The metal double layer hydroxide is a compound of the chemical formula 1([M(II)1-xM(III)x(OH)2]X+(An-)X/n.yH2O) or formula 2([M(II)(OH)x'](A)(2-x')/n.yH2O). The hybrid is reformed with tocopherol, lauric acid, tetra-ethyl orthosilicate (TEOS), glyceryl monostearate (GMS) or dimethicone. The method for manufacturing the hybrid comprises: a step of producing essential fatty acid and bivalent metal salt solution; and a step of adding base to adjust to pH 4-8 and collecting the precipitate.

Provided are a bread improver, which substitutes noxious bread improvers, improves dough to reduce the time involved in making bread, and provides bread having dense textures, and a preparation thereof. The bread improver comprises: a hybrid of vitamin C and layered metal hydroxides or metal oxides; and a vitamin C-releasing retarder selected from the group consisting of lecithin, cellulose, xanthan gum, guar gum, methylcellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, ethylcellulose, monoglyceride, diglyceride, polyglycerolester, beeswax, and a mixture thereof. The vitamin C is contained in an amount of 0.1-55wt% based on the total weight of the bread improver.

본 발명은 팽윤성이 있는 천연 점토의 층간 무기 양이온을 양이온성으로 표면 개질된 SiO 2 또는 SiO 2 -Fe 2 O 3 금속산화물의 나노졸 입자로 이온교환하고, 가교화시킨 다음, 하소하는 것을 포함하는 다공성 가교화 점토의 제조 방법 및 이 방법에 의해 제조된, 비표면적이 비약적으로 향상되고, 아울러 다공구조의 열적 안정성도 탁월한 다공성 가교화 점토에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명의 방법에 따르면, 가교화 반응시 불화암모늄이나 다양한 유기 계면활성제를 첨가하여 다공 구조 및 다공 특성을 임의로 제어할 수 있다. 본 발명에 따라 제조된 다공성 가교화 점토는 정밀화학 물질 제조시 나노반응기, 환경 유해 유기물의 선택적 흡착제, 여과제 및 촉매로서 응용 가능하다.

PURPOSE: An siRNA-inorganic layered double hydroxide nanohybrid is provided to improve tumor-specific transfer efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An siRNA-inorganic layered double hydroxide nanohybrid is denoted by chemical formula 1(M(II)_1-Xm(III)_x(OH)_2]^X+[S][T]). In chemical formula 1, M(II) is bivalent metal cation, and M(III) is trivalent metal cation. The siRNA is derived from surviving gene. The siRNA is denoted by a base sequence selected from sequence numbers 1-9. A pharmaceutical composition for treating tumor contains the nanohybrid and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The composition is manufacture in the form of tablet, capsule, liquid, injection, ointment, or syrup.

PURPOSE: An organic/inorganic nanohybrid complex containing eicosapentaenoic acid(EPA) is provided to maximize hair growth effect with stability to heat, light, air, and oxygen. CONSTITUTION: A nanohybrid complex for promoting hair growth and preventing hair loss is inserted between metal salt layers. The metal salt is Layered double hydroxide(LDH) or Zinc Basic SaltF(ZBS). LDH is denoted by structural formula([M^2+_(1-x)N^3+_x(OH)^2]A_x yH^2O). A composition for preventing hair loss and promoting hair growth contains 0.01-20 weight% of nanohybrid complex as an active ingredient.

PURPOSE: Provided is a material for cosmetics which involves excellent stability, low toxicity, low stimulation, sustained release and high diffusion, and is made in economic and effective manners. CONSTITUTION: The cosmetic material is a hybrid material of vitamin C and lamellar metallic hydroxides. A method of manufacturing the hybrid material comprises the steps of: reacting the starting material in a basic solution to make lamellar metallic hydroxide salts; and diffusing the lamellar metallic hydroxide salts in a solvent of water, or a mixed solvent, and dissolving the vitamin C, followed by ion exchange reacting it.

Disclosed is a bio-inorganic hybrid composite for retaining and carrying bio-materials with stability and reversible dissociativity, represented by the following chemical Formula I and a method for preparing the same. The bio-inorganic hybrid composite is prepared by (a) coprecipitating with an alkaline material an aqueous solution comprising a bivalent metal (M(II)) and a trivalent metal (N(III)) at a molar ratio satisfying the condition of 1/5 ≤b/(a+b)≤ 1/2 wherein a and b represent a mole number of M and N, respectively, to form a stable layered double hydroxide in which anions are intercalated and (b) subjecting the intercalated anions to ion exchange reaction with a bio-material to compensate for layer charges of the layered double hydroxide. This composite is harmless to the body and artificially controls the appropriate expression of the bio-material retained therein.
