Abstract:
본발명은집중력강화및 심리적안정용매실차조성물, 상기매실차조성물을포함하는집중력강화및 심리적안정용건강기능식품, 집중력강화및 심리적안정효과를지니는매실차의제조방법및 상기방법으로제조된매실차에관한것으로, 본발명의매실차조성물은매실차섭취시, 우측전전두엽에서 AA(Absolute Alpha Power Spectrum) 및 ASA(Absolute Slow Alpha Power Spectrum)의증가를, 좌측전두엽에서 RLB(Relative Low Beta Power Spectrum) 및 RST(Ratio of SMR to Theta)의감소를, 우측전두엽및 좌측측두엽에서 ASEF(Spectral edge frequency 50% of alpha spectrum band)의감소를유도하여집중력강화및 심리적안정효과가있다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: Extracts of Taraxacum offininale, Acanthopanax senticosus, red ginseng, Rosa laevigata, Artemisia princeps, and Ginkgo biloba L. are provided to suppress 5 alpha-reductase which is related to alopecia and prostatic hypertrophy, and to develop a composition for preventing alopecia or prostatic hypertrophy. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing alopecia contains one or more selected from extracts of Taraxacum offininale, Acanthopanax senticosus, red ginseng, Rosa laevigata, Artemisia princeps, and Ginkgo biloba L. The extracts are prepared using an ethanol solution. Alopecia is suppressed by inhibiting testosterone 5 alpha-reductase. A composition for preventing prostatic hypertrophy contains one or more selected from extracts of Taraxacum offininale, Acanthopanax senticosus, red ginseng, Rosa laevigata, Artemisia princeps, and Ginkgo biloba L.
Abstract:
An extract of Sicyos angulatus L. is provided to have excellent herbicidal activity, thereby being used as a herbicidal composition. The method for separating a herbicidal plant extract from Sicyos angulatus L. comprises the steps of: (a) extracting Sicyos angulatus L. with an organic solvent such as methanol, ethanol, propanol, butanol, and pentanol and then drying it; (b) dissolving the product obtained from the step(a) in dichloromethane to obtain a dichloromethane fraction; (c) subjecting the dichloromethane fraction to column chromatography using a mixture solution of hexane, dichloromethane, ethylacetate and methanol, wherein the volumetric ratio thereof is 4:1:6:0.5, to obtain a DA fraction having the herbicidal activity; (d) subjecting the DA fraction to column chromatography using a mixture solution of ethylacetate, dichloromethane, hexane and methanol, wherein the volumetric ratio thereof is 4:1:3:0.5, to obtain a DAB fraction having the herbicidal activity; and (e) subjecting the DAB fraction to column chromatography using a mixture solution of ethylacetate, hexane and methanol, wherein the volumetric ratio thereof is 9:1:0.1 to obtain a DABB fraction having the herbicidal activity.
