Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for preparing dihydrofuran derivative is provided to selectively prepare dihydrofuran derivative with high yield by a simple test. CONSTITUTION: A dihydrofuran derivative of chemical formula 1 is prepared by intramolecular cyclization of alenyl alcohol derivative of chemical formula 2 under the presence of a cupper salt catalyst of CuCl, CuBr, CuI, CuOTf, Cu(OTf)2, CuCl2, CuBr2, CuI_2, or Cu(OAc)_2, or solvent of N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF), or N,N-dimethylaceteamide(DMA). The organic solvent is dichloromethane(DCM), dichloroethane(DCE), toluene, acetonitrile(MeCN), nitromethane, tetrahydrofuran(THF), N,N-dimehtylformamide(DMF), or N,N-dimethylaceteamide(DMA).
Abstract translation: 目的:提供制备二氢呋喃衍生物的方法,通过简单的试验选择性地制备二氢呋喃衍生物,产率高。 构成:化学式1的二氢呋喃衍生物通过在CuCl,CuBr,CuI,CuOTf,Cu(OTf)2,CuCl 2,CuBr 2,CuI 2的铜盐催化剂存在下,通过化学式2的烯丙醇衍生物的分子内环化制备 ,或Cu(OAc)2,或N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)或N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMA)的溶剂。 有机溶剂是二氯甲烷(DCM),二氯乙烷(DCE),甲苯,乙腈(MeCN),硝基甲烷,四氢呋喃(THF),N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)或N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMA)。

Abstract: The present invention can manufacture a novel phosphoramidate derivative. An orthoarylation reaction according to the present invention can manufacture a phosphoramidate derivative by an effective manufacturing method with high yield for short reaction time at mild reaction temperature while increasing site selectivity (ortho) by using a phosphoramidate directing group under the presence of a palladium catalyst, an additive and an oxidizing agent. The phosphoramidate derivative according to the present invention can be used as an important raw material or an intermediate capable of being used in bio-medical and pharmaceutical industries by physiological activity.
Abstract translation: 本发明可以制造新的氨基磷酸酯衍生物。 根据本发明的正辛基化反应可以通过有效的制备方法制备氨基磷酸酯衍生物,其通过在钯催化剂存在下通过使用氨基磷酸酯引导基团提高位点选择性(邻位),在温和的反应温度下反应时间短,产率高, 添加剂和氧化剂。 根据本发明的氨基磷酸酯衍生物可以用作重要的原料或能够通过生理活性用于生物医药和制药工业的中间体。

Abstract: The present invention relates a method for manufacturing alkenyl triflate derivatives represented as chemical formula 1. The manufacturing method of the present invention has benefits not only to reduce reaction byproducts through addition reaction of tribonding derivatives and trifluoro methane sulfonate but also to streamline reaction steps to one step and to manufacture alkenyl triflate derivatives in high yield.
