Abstract: 본발명은레토르트파우치용트레이장치에관한것으로, 본발명은, 레토르트기내부에배치되어멸균대상인레토르트파우치가안착되는트레이장치에있어서, 틀형태의트레이몸체; 및상기트레이몸체에회전가능하게다수배치되어상기레토르트파우치가수용되는파우치수용부를포함하며, 상기파우치수용부는상기레토르트파우치의성상에따라각도를변경하여방향을조절하게한다. 본발명에의하면, 트레이몸체에레토르트파우치의내용물편중정도또는성상에따라해당방향으로회전되는파우치수용부를다수구비하여레토르트파우치의상면이편평해지므로균일한열전달이가능하고, 레토르트파우치의내용물의양을조절하는과정에서발생할수 있는형상의변화에대해파우치수용부의각도를변화시킴으로써원하는형상을유지하여멸균이가능한효과가있다. 또한, 본발명에의하면, 파우치수용부의바닥각도를변화시킬수 있어내용물의양이나종류가변하였을때 트레이를새로제작하지않아도되고, 파우치의내용물양을조절했을때 발생하는형상의변화에대하여각도를변화시킴으로써원하는형상을유지하여살균하는것이가능하며, 내용물을유동식뿐만아니라고형분을함유한식품등에서도적용가능한효과가있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method using a fluorescence spectrum test for measuring an in-storage acidification degree of powdered soybeans is provided to measure the acidification degree of the powdered soybeans by analyzing the fluorescence of a powdered soybean sample. CONSTITUTION: A method using a fluorescence spectrum test for measuring an in-storage acidification degree of powdered soybeans includes the following steps of: manufacturing a reactant by putting the powdered soybean sample into a solution in which chloroform and methanol are mixed; filtering the reactant; obtaining the supernatant by centrifugally separating the filtered solution; and measuring the fluorescence of the supernatant.
