Abstract:
High-quality rice using deep ocean water and a production method thereof are provided to show high perfect kernel ratio and excellent taste and texture by using deep ocean water as irrigation water in a rice-cultivation process. Irrigation water is watered at constant intervals during a ripening period after the heading of rice. The irrigation water represents deep ocean water with 4-8v/v% of concentration. The irrigation is performed four times at one-week interval during a ripening period. The deep ocean water is diluted with general irrigation water or treated with specific concentration of deep ocean water(2% deep ocean water, 4% deep ocean water, 6% deep ocean water, 8% deep ocean water and 10% deep ocean water). The deep ocean water includes the large amount of dissolved oxygen with little organic materials and little microorganisms.

Provided are mineral-enriched sprouted brown rice using deep sea water and a preparation method thereof by sprouting brown rice with deep sea water. A method for preparing mineral-enriched sprouted brown rice using deep sea water comprises the following steps of: washing selected brown rice; dipping the washed brown rice in a soaking liquid containing 10-20v/v% deep sea water in order to spout the brown rice; and washing and drying the sprouted brown rice. The dipping step is performed at 25°C in a dark place. More particularly, the soaking liquid contains each 5%, 10% and 20% deep sea water with purified water. The one hundred of brown rice is dipped in each soaking liquid at 25°C in the dark place. The sprouted brown rice is obtained on 4th day. The obtained brown rice contains calcium, potassium and magnesium 1.3~1.7 times as much as a control group.

A dietary composition containing fermented-soybean powder for the prevention of hyperlipidemia is provided to lower TC(total cholesterol), TG(triglyceride), and AI(atherogenic index). A dietary composition containing fermented-soybean powder for the prevention of hyperlipidemia comprises: mixing a strain of Bacillus natto and a strain of Bacillus subtilis in a volume ratio of 1:1; inculating steamed soybeans with 5wt% of the mixed strains, based on the weight of the steamed soybeans, and fermenting the soybeans; hot-air drying the fermented soybeans for their water content to reach 15wt% or less; grinding the dried fermented soybeans to 300mesh; mixing 5~10wt% of chitosan powder to 90~95wt% of the fermented-soybean powder, and homogenizing the mixture; and grinding the homogenized mixture to 300mesh.

본 발명은 미네랄 성분이 강화된 발아현미의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 동해 해양심층수(동해 심층수) 원수를 음용수와 희석하거나 적절히 제염한 특정 농도의 해양심층수를 현미 발아시 침지액으로 이용하여 미네랄 성분이 강화된 고품질 발아현미를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 해양심층수를 이용한 발아현미의 제조방법은 청정하고, 저온이며, 미네랄이 풍부한 특정 농도의 해양심층수를 발아 침지액으로 이용함으로써 발아현미의 성상이 균일하고, 칼슘, 칼륨, 마그네슘 등의 미네랄이 강화된 고품질의 발아현미를 제조할 수 있는 효과적인 발아현미의 제조방법인 것으로 평가되었다. 해양심층수, 발아현미, 미네랄
Abstract:
A repair method for a joint of a road pavement is provided to obtain a pavement slab having long-term strength and durability by having excellent adhesive strength with the existing pavement. A repair method for a joint of a road pavement comprises the steps of: setting up the cutting width on two sides of a damaged joint; setting up the cutting thickness on the lower part of the damaged joint; crushing a road pavement according to the set cutting width and cutting thickness; cutting the crushed road pavement by spraying high pressure water using a high pressure water sprinkler(100) having a spray nozzle; cleaning the cutting surface by the high pressure water; placing concrete on the cleaned surface; and finishing the surface of the concrete to make the surface of the concrete level with the existing pavement.
