금속 나노입자 코어; 상기 금속 나노입자 코어 표면을 둘러싼 고분자 쉘; 및 상기 금속 나노입자 코어 표면 및 상기 고분자 쉘에 도입된 형광 염료를 포함하되, 상기 고분자쉘은 상기 금속 나노입자 코어 표면 위에 결합가능하도록 말단 관능기를 구비한 폴리알킬렌글리콜 유도체를 구비하고, 상기 형광 염료에 의하여 표면증강공명 라만 신호와 형광 신호를 동시에 내며, 상기 금속 나노입자 코어의 표면과 상기 고분자 쉘에서의 상기 형광 염료의 분포에 의해 상기 표면증강공명 라만 신호강도와 상기 형광 신호강도의 비율이 조절되는 분광활성 금속 나노입자가 제공된다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to fluorescent silica nanoparticles, a composition including the fluorescent silica nanoparticles, a preparing method of the fluorescent silica nanoparticles, and a detecting method of biomolecules using the fluorescent silica nanoparticles. Concretely, The present invention relates to fluorescent silica nanoparticles which is surface-modified by a surface modifier thereby having high aqueous dispersibility with fluorescent materials adapted, a manufacturing method of the fluorescent silica nanoparticles, and a detecting method of biomolecules using the fluorescent silica nanoparticles. The fluorescent silica nanoparticle can be used in various biological or medical fields such as display fields, fluorescence microscopes, image diagnosis probe, biochip, and biosensor because it has fluorescent materials adapted and joined antibodies, and besides, it is acidic in aqueous solutions. Besides, by the manufacturing method of the fluorescent silica nanoparticles according to the present invention, fluorescent silica nanoparticles with excellent aqueous dispersibility can be obtained and antibodies can be introduced into the flurescent silica nanoparticles through a simple step.
