Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are an environmentally friendly coating material for paving a road, which is characterized by comprising 5-10 parts by weight of a limestone powder for the weight of cement and having 0.40-0.45 of the ratio of water and a binder; and an environmentally friendly method for paving a road. Thus, bleeding is reduced, hydration heat is controlled, economic feasibility is increased, and carbon dioxide emission during manufacturing is reduced.

PURPOSE: A bicycle road paving method is provided to secure superior slip resistance and permeability through control of aggregate grain size. CONSTITUTION: A bicycle road paving method is as follows. Concrete composition, slump of 0~3cm, with a water-cement ratio of 0.5~0.6 is prepared. The concrete composition is placed on the top of a roadbed layer(100) or an auxiliary base layer(200) with an RCCP(Roller Compacted Concrete Pavement) method to form a surface layer(300).

본 발명은 0 ~ 3cm의 슬럼프이고, 물-시멘트비 0.5 ~ 0.6인 콘크리트 조성물을 제조하는 콘크리트 조성물 제조단계; 콘크리트 조성물을 RCCP(Roller Compacted Concrete Pavement) 공법에 의해 노상층(100) 또는 보조기층(200)의 상부에 타설하여 표층(300)을 형성하는 콘크리트 타설단계;를 포함하는 자전거 전용 도로포장공법을 제시함으로써, 내구성, 경제성, 환경 영향에 대한 저항성이 우수한 자전거 전용 도로포장 구조물을 시공할 수 있도록 한다.

PURPOSE: A paving structure for a bicycle road is provided to improve the resistivity against environmental influence, freezing-thawing and drying shrinkage and to prevent slipping in rain. CONSTITUTION: A paving structure for a bicycle road comprises a road layer(100), an auxiliary base course(200), and a surface layer(300). The auxiliary base course is formed on top of the road layer in 5~20cm thickness. The surface layer is formed on top of the auxiliary base course in 5~15cm thickness. The surface layer is formed on concrete composition for RCCP(Roller Compacted Concrete Pavement).
