Abstract: A method for identifying korean beef through a multiplex PCR(multiplex polymerase chain reaction) is provided to remove analysis errors of amplimer caused by the stutter band by performing multiplex PCR specific for a microsatellite marker. A method for identifying korean beef comprises the steps of: (a) amplifying more than 10 of nucleic acid sample materials to be analyzed by using a primer specific for a microsatellite marker with the multiplex PCR; and (b) detecting the allele of the product amplified in the step (a) through an electrophoresis system and determining genotype.

Abstract: 본 발명은 마이크로새틀라이트 마커를 이용한 돼지의 개체식별 및 브랜드육 식별 방법에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로, 본 발명은 효과적인 돼지의 개체식별 및 브랜드육의 식별을 위해 선발된 마이크로새틀라이트 마커 조합에 특이적인 프라이머를 이용하여 멀티플렉스 PCR을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 돼지의 개체식별 및 브랜드육 식별 방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 방법은 신속하고 효과적으로 돼지 개체를 식별할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 친자감별이 가능하다. 따라서, 이러한 방법을 브랜드육의 식별에 적용함으로써 유통상에 발생하는 부정행위를 제어할 수 있으며, 브랜드에 대한 소비자의 신뢰도를 상승시켜 생산농가의 소득 증대에 도움을 줄 수 있다.

Abstract: A method for identifying of pig entity using microsatellite marker is provided to distinguish quickly and effectively the pig entity by performing multiplex PCR using the microsatellite marker specific to the pig. A method for identifying of pig entity comprises steps of: (a) multiplex PCR-amplifying a nucleic acid sample for analysis to microsatellite markers selected from a group consisting of SW240, S0005, SW911, SW857, SW936, S0090, S0155, SW72, SW24,SW951, S0026, SW632, SW240, S0005, SW911, SW857, SW936, S0090, S0155, SW72, SW24,SW951, S0026, SW632, S0301, SW122, S0225, SW769 and SW787 by using specific primer; detecting product amplified in step (a) through electrophoresis system; (c) and detecting allele and determining genotype.
