Abstract: The present invention relates to a camera image display attached to a laser head which comprises a laser irradiator, a beam magnifier, and an object-focusing lens, and which is used for a multipurpose laser welding machine which is bound to be capable of enabling a user to observe a miniscule welding portion with naked eyes during a laser welding work. The camera image display, attached to a laser head includes: an image magnifying lens for magnifying and enabling the user to observe a miniscule welding portion during a welding work in real time; an image acquisition unit which acquires the image magnified by the magnifying lens; and a camera image display for showing the image acquired by the image acquisition unit to the user.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method manufacturing of a cutting tip for saw is provided to reduce the production cost by replacing expansive cobalt. CONSTITUTION: A cut-out layer is formed by the shaping sinter(S10). A blank layer is formed by cladding material satisfying the solderability with the metal shank on the cut-out layer. The sintering temperature of the cut-out layer is 650~800°C. The blank is covered after dividing into two layers. The blank layer satisfies the melting temperature between the blank layer and the cut-out layer.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A roller hemming device for a closed interval is provided to improve productivity and to be applied in other processes. CONSTITUTION: A roller hemming device for a closed interval comprises a roller assembly(500), for hemming a closed interval, and a motor assembly(400). The motor assembly is installed in an arm leading end of a robot(600) consisting of the multi articulated arm. The roller assembly for hemming a closed interval is installed in the motor assembly to rotate. The roller assembly for hemming a closed interval comprises a support block, a cam shaft, triangle member(540) and a hemming roller(550). The support block establishes a rotary shaft connected to a driving shaft of the motor assembly in center. The support block forms the guide slot. The guide slot guides the movement of the central axis of the hemming roller. The cam shaft is installed in the rotary shaft. The hemming roller is attached to both ends of the support block to rotate. The hemming roller is moved using the movement of the triangle member.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A roller hemming device is provided to omitting the replacement process of hemming roller per steps by individually operating hemming rollers of multi-stages according to hemming lines. CONSTITUTION: A roller hemming device comprises a motor assembly(400) and a roller assembly(500). The motor assembly is installed in the arm leading end of the robot consisting of the multi articulated arm. The roller assembly is installed in the motor assembly to rotate. The roller assembly is composed of a support block(520), a rotating block(540), a pointer(620) and first to third hemming rollers(640,660,680). The support block is connected to the driving shaft(422) of the motor assembly. The rotating block is attached to the support block to rotate. The pointer is attached to the outer circumference of the rotating block at a regular interval. The first hemming roller has the minimum diameter. The second hemming roller has the intermediate diameter between the maximum diameter and the minimum diameter. The third hemming roller has the maximum diameter.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A cutting tip for a saw is provided to prevent the abrasion and undercut of the shank by making the exhaustion of cut material smooth. CONSTITUTION: A cutting tip for a saw comprises an inclined surface(106a). The inclined surface is inclined to a metal shank(104) from the top and bottom. The thickness of a welding unit(107) and the metal shank is similar in the cutting tip and incident angle of the laser beam is no need to be inclined in welding.
