Abstract: 본 발명은 쇼트 블래스트 장치에서 쇼팅작업에 사용된 쇼트볼을 직경별로 분류하여 회수한 다음 다시 공급하는 쇼트볼 분류 및 공급장치에 관한 것으로서, 쇼트 블래스트 장치의 쇼팅부 하부에 경사형으로 설치되는 하나 이상의 타공판과, 상기 타공판으로부터 배출되는 쇼트볼을 저장하도록 각각의 타공판 일측 단부에 위치하는 쇼트볼 저장탱크와, 상기 쇼트볼 저장탱크로부터 쇼트볼을 상기 쇼트 블래스트 장치의 수직 이송부로 공급하도록 형성된 각각의 배출통로에 구비된 공급밸브와, 상기 공급밸브를 개폐하도록 연결되고, 쇼트블래스트 공정을 제어하는 제어기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쇼트볼 분류 및 공급장치를 제공한다.
이와 같이, 본 발명은 쇼트볼의 선별 및 분류작업의 시간이 단축되고, 선별효율이 증대되어 쇼트작업 소요시간의 절감으로 생산성은 향상되고, 피가공물의 높은 품질을 일정하게 유지함으로써 제품의 신뢰도가 향상되는 이점이 있다.-

Abstract: A beauty treatment device by use of supersonic wave and low frequency is provided to obtain beauty treatment effects at low cost by sharing a supersonic and low frequency amplifying portion and a probe. The beauty treatment device by use of supersonic wave and low frequency includes a low frequency probe(21,22), a supersonic probe(25), a frequency generating portion(31), an amplifying portion(27), a switch input portion(26), and a control portion(33). The low frequency probe(21,22) is installed on the upper end of an insulating material attached to the upper end of a piezoelectric ceramic oscillator and transmits electric stimuli to the skin surface. The supersonic probe(25) transmits the vibration of a piezoelectric ceramic to skin through the low frequency probe(21,22) by using the piezoelectric ceramic oscillator.

Abstract: An apparatus having a function of supplying a non-contact induced power and a device using the induced power are provided to automatically detect a device to receive power by receiving data inputted through near field communication, and supply the power to the device in a non-contact mode. An apparatus includes wireless communication units(110,210) conducting near field communication, an induced power supply processing unit(120) generating a flux to supply an induced power in a non-contact mode, and controllers(130,230) apply a current required to generate the corresponding flux if a power supply is requested from an adjacent device through the wireless communication unit and supply the induced power to the adjacent device through the induced power supply processing unit.

Abstract: An apparatus and a method of automatically fastening a bolt are provided to prevent incorrectly fastened bolts from being misjudged as correctly fastened bolts. An apparatus for automatically fastening a bolt includes a motor(102), a torque sensor(106), a wrench part(110), an automatic bolt supply part(112), a moving up/down drive part(114), a mounting jig(116), a distance measurement sensor(118), and a controller(120). The torque sensor is installed on a rotary shaft of the motor to measure a bolt fastening torque. The wrench part is installed at an outer end of the rotary shaft to clamp or unclamp the bolt. The automatic bolt supply part sequentially supplies the bolts to the wrench part. The moving up/down drive part moves up and down the wrench part. A member to be fastened is mounted on the mounting jig. The distance measurement sensor measures a distance from the member to the bolt. The controller controls the entire operation.
