    Abstract: 본발명은굴삭기의버켓힘 추정방법및 시스템을개시한다. 본발명은굴삭기의버켓힘 추정방법으로서, (a) 상기굴삭기의엑츄에이터부구동을위한유압실린더에설치된압력센서로부터상기유압실린더의피스톤헤드측챔버압력(제1 압력)과피스톤로드측챔버압력(제2 압력)을수신하는단계; (b) 상기제1 압력및 제2 압력의차이를이용하여상기유압실린더에서의힘을측정하는단계; (c) 상기 (b) 단계에서측정된힘을링크축의토크로변환하는단계; 및 (d) 상기변환된토크를이용하여상기버켓에가해지는힘을추정하는단계를포함한다. 본발명에따르면간단한방식으로버켓에가해지는힘을추정할수 있다.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method and a system for estimating the force of a bucket of an excavator are provided to reduce the cost for estimation by employing an inexpensive pressure sensor. CONSTITUTION: A method for estimating the force of a bucket of an excavator is as follows. A first pressure, the piston head-side chamber pressure of a hydraulic cylinder, and a second pressure, the piston rod-side chamber pressure of the hydraulic cylinder, are received from a pressure sensor which is installed in the hydraulic cylinder(300). The force of the hydraulic cylinder is measured using the difference between the first pressure and the second pressure(302). The measured force is converted into the torque of a link axis(306). The force applied to a bucket is estimated from the torque(308).
