    Abstract: An antistatic composition is provided to be independent of moisture, to ensure permanent surface resistance, and to prevent an occurrence risk of particles. An antistatic composition includes 0.05-5 parts by weight of an antistatic agent comprising a metal salt compound, 10-50 parts by weight of thermoplastic elastomer, and 100 parts by weight of a base resin. An apparatus for manufacturing a transfer roller includes the steps of: forming the antistatic agent; mixing the antistatic agent, base resin, and thermoplastic elastomer to form the antistatic composition; and molding the antistatic composition into a roller.
