Abstract: 본 발명은 폐경기 여성건강 예방 및 치료용 칡 추출물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로 칡 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 폐경기 여성건강 개선용 조성물에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따르면, 상기 칡 추출물을 난소를 절제하여 폐경기를 유도한 마우스에 투여하는 경우, 칡 추출물을 투여하지 않은 대조군에 비해 혈중 에스트로겐의 농도가 증가하고, 혈중 중성지방 수치 및 복부 지방의 무게가 감소하였으며, 간세포의 파괴를 억제하고, 골밀도의 손실을 억제하며, 유방암의 위험성을 감소하는 효과를 나타내었다. 따라서 본 발명의 칡 추출물을 함유하는 폐경기 여성건강 개선용 조성물을 이용한 약학적 조성물 및 건강기능식품의 활용이 기대된다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition containing Pueraria lobata extract for women's heath of menopause is provided to enhance blood estrogen concentrate and to reduce abdominal obesity. CONSTITUTION: A composition for improving women's health of menopause contains Pueraria lobata extract as an active ingredient. The extract is isolated using alcohol solvent. The Pueraria lobata extract contains 5-10% of puerarin and 1-3% of diadzin. The composition is used for reducing body fat and blood neutral fat level and suppresses bone density loss and breast cancer risk. The composition is a pharmaceutical composition containing pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, excipient, and diluent and is formation in the form of powders, granules, tablets, capsules, or injections.
Abstract translation: 目的：提供含有葛根提取物的妇女更年期健康的组合物，以增强血液雌激素浓缩物和减少腹部肥胖。 构成：用于改善更年期妇女健康的组合物含有葛根提取物作为活性成分。 使用酒精溶剂分离提取物。 葛根提取物含有5-10％的葛根素和1-3％的靛红。 该组合物用于减少身体脂肪和血液中性脂肪水平，并抑制骨密度损失和乳腺癌风险。 该组合物是含有药学上可接受的载体，赋形剂和稀释剂并且以粉末，颗粒，片剂，胶囊或注射剂的形式形成的药物组合物。

Abstract: A skin whitening composition containing a puerarin or its derivative is provided to suppress the activation of tyrosinase and inhibit melanogenesis. A skin whitening composition comprises 0.0001-10 weight% of puerarin of the chemical formula 1 or its derivative as an active ingredient. The puerarin is obtained by extracting and purifying from Pueraria lobata Ohwi. The puerarin derivative is denoted by the chemical formula 2. In the chemical formula 2, R is alpha -1,6- glucosyl. The composition has the skin whitening effect by suppressing the expression of TRP-1(tryptophan biosynthesis 1) and TRP-2 genes and suppressing the protein expression of MITF(microphthalmia-associated transcription factor). The composition is used in a form of skin softener, astringent, nutrition skin, eye cream, nutrition cream, massage cream, cleansing cream, cleansing foam, cleansing water, powder, essence, and pack.
