Abstract: PURPOSE: A DMD(Digital Micro-mirror Device) based sham image projection device for a linear sensor and a projecting method thereof are provided to extract an image suitable for the reception of the linear sensor and accurately align an image projected at each pixel of a TDI(Time Delay Integration) senor. CONSTITUTION: An image modulation circuit(201) modules an image signal to be suitable for projection on a linear sensor. The image signal is received by applying a PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) using a digital torsion beam DMD. An optical system(202) transmits energy sources to be projected on the sensor system to the DMD. An optical system for projection(203) is composed of a DMD and a lens component and transmits energy to a sensor system.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A readout circuit of a detecting device using current mirror circuit is provided to constantly maintain bias voltage of the detecting device by adapting a unit cell circuit using current mirror circuit to the readout circuit of detecting device. CONSTITUTION: A readout circuit of a detecting device uses a current mirror circuit. The current mirror circuit consists of two NMOSFETs and two PMOSFETs. The PMOSFETs include a first PMOSFET(Mp1) for providing reference current and a second PMOSFET(Mp2) for providing same current as the fist PMOSFET. A gate terminal and a source terminal of the first one are respectively connected with a gate terminal and a source terminal of the second one. In the second one, a drain terminal is connected with the gate terminal. The NMOSFETs include a first NMOSFET(Mn1) for providing reference current and a second NMOSFET(Mn2) for providing same current as the fist NMOSFET. A gate terminal and a source terminal of the first NMOSFET are respectively connected with a gate terminal of the second one and negative terminal of photo-voltage type detecting device. In the second one, a drain terminal is connected with the gate terminal. To the source terminal of the second one is applied same voltage as bias voltage to be applied to the detecting device. The drain terminals of the first/second NMOSFETs are respectively connected with respective drain terminal of the second/first PMOSFETs. A capacitor is connected with the source terminals of the PMOSFETs.

Abstract: 전류거울(current mirror)회로를 이용하는, 성능이 우수한 적외선 감지 소자의 신호취득(readout)회로를 제공한다.
본 발명에 의한 신호취득회로는 작은 면적만을 필요로 함으로써 감지소자의 고집적화를 가능하게 하며, 입력 임피던스가 작아서 높은 주입효율(high injection efficiency)을 얻을 수 있으며, 전력소모가 작고 높은 전하용량을 가진다는 장점이 있다. 또한 전류거울 회로를 사용함으로써 적외선 감지소자의 동작 바이어스 전압(bias voltage)을 안정화시킬 수 있으며, 이로 인하여 저잡음 특성의 회로를 얻을 수 있다.-

Abstract: 적외선 아날로그 신호를 디지털 신호로 변환하는 회로에 있어서, 선형적으로 증가하는 램프 신호를 생성하는 램프 생성기; 다중 위상 카운터가 출력하는 비트들을 하위(less significant) 비트들로 설정하고, 그레이 코드 카운터가 출력하는 비트들을 상위(more significant) 비트들로 설정하고, 하위 비트들 및 상위 비트들로 구성되는 카운터 코드를 출력하는 카운터; 및 적외선 아날로그 신호 및 램프 신호를 비교하고, 비교 결과에 기초하여 카운터 코드가 갖는 비트값들 중 적외선 아날로그 신호에 대응되는 비트값들을 디지털 신호로서 저장하는 적어도 하나의 칼럼 회로를 포함하는 회로가 제공된다.
