Abstract: PURPOSE: A metal plate forming apparatus using underwater gunpowder explosion, a metal plate forming system with the same, and a metal plate forming method are provided to simply control the thickness strain degree of a metal plate by regulating the amount of gunpowder and the distance between a mold and the metal plate. CONSTITUTION: A metal plate forming system comprises a jig assembly(110), a gunpowder explosion module(120), and a jig assembly setting module(200). The jig assembly includes one or more molds, wherein a metal plate is mounted separate from the forming surface of the molds. The gunpowder explosion module arranges gunpowder(102) at a position separated from the metal plate and explodes the gunpowder from a distance. The jig assembly setting module submerges the jig assembly into the water so that the explosive power of the gunpowder is transmitted to the metal plate under the water and the metal plate is shaped. The space between a forming surface of the jig assembly and the metal plate is sealed up and kept in a vacuum by an exhaust valve of the jig assembly connected to a vacuum pump.

Abstract: 본 발명은 금속판재용 성형장치, 이를 구비하는 금속판재용 성형시스템 및 금속판재용 성형방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 금속판재용 성형시스템은, 적어도 하나의 금형을 구비하고 상기 금형의 성형면과 이격되도록 금속판재가 장착되는 치구조립체와, 상기 금속판재로부터 이격된 위치에 화약을 배치하도록 형성되며 원격지에서 상기 화약을 폭발시키도록 이루어지는 화약 폭발모듈, 및 상기 치구조립체와 연결되며 수중에서 상기 화약의 폭발력이 상기 금속판재에 전달되어 상기 금속판재가 성형되도록 상기 치구조립체를 입수시키는 치구조립체 거치모듈를 포함하며, 상기 치구조립체는 상기 성형면과 상기 금속판재의 이격공간이 밀봉되도록 이루어지며, 상기 치구조립체에는 상기 이격공간이 진공을 이루도록 진공펌프와 연결가능한 배기밸브가 � �성된다. 이를 통하여, 두꺼운 고강도강 또는 용접된 금속판재를 냉간가공할 수 있는 성형방법 및 장치가 구현된다.
