Abstract: PURPOSE: A load testing apparatus is provided to precisely measure torque generated due to a movement of an object by using a spring and a torque sensor, which are connected to the object. CONSTITUTION: A load testing apparatus includes a driving section(11) for providing driving force. An inertia section(13) is driven by driving force transferred from the driving section(11). A driving section adapter(12) is provided to match a rotating shaft of the driving section(11) with a rotating shaft of the inertia section(13). The inertia section(13) is rotatably supported by a housing(14). A leaf spring(15) is connected to the inertia section(13) so as to receive torque generated from the inertia section(13). A torque sensor(16) is provided to measure torque transferred from the leaf spring(15). The driving section(11), the housing(14) and the torque sensor(16) are placed on a base(17).

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for brazing heterogeneous molybdenum and titanium alloys. The present invention includes (a) a first heating step in which an Ag-Cu-based filler metal is arranged at a bonding portion of the molybdenum and titanium alloys, heating is performed up to 25°C to 100°C under the melting point of the Ag-Cu-based filler metal, and the state is maintained for a predetermined period of time; (b) a secondary heating step in which heating is performed up to 25°C to 100°C over the melting point of the Ag-Cu-based filler metal in the first heating step and the state is maintained for a predetermined period of time; and (c) a cooling step in which the Ag-Cu-based filler metal is cooled. According to the present invention, the melting point is much lower than the phase transformation temperature of Ti and Ti wettability is excellent, and thus no phase transformation is caused in the Ti alloy and sound brazing bonding is possible.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A simulator for testing the driving device of a marine-radar is provided to be effectively designed by simulating the change of a wind-speed in a marine environment. CONSTITUTION: A decelerator(30) is connected with the driving shaft of a driving motor(20) for a marine-radar. A rotary shaft(50) is driven by the decelerator. An inertia load(60) is mounted on the rotary shaft. An unbalance load(70) is mounted on the inertia load and generates an eccentric rotation. Abstract: The present invention relates to a brazing method for bonding dissimilar materials such as a titanium alloy and a stainless steel comprising: a step (a) for heating a Ni-based filler metal at 25-100°C which is over a melting point of the Ni-based filler metal after arranging the Ni-based filler metal on a binding part of a titanium alloy and a stainless steel; a first maintaining step (b) for maintaining the Ni-based filler metal for a fixed hour at 25-100°C which is over a melting point of the Ni-based filler metal; and a step (c) for cooling the Ni-based filler metal, and comprising a second maintaining step for maintaining a fixed temperature in heating of the (a) step. Especially, a melting point can be lowered by alloying between Ni and a titanium alloy since a Ni-based filler metal is used. Therefore, since diffusion between a titanium alloy and a stainless steel is promoted, sound brazing bonding can be performed. 이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 물체의 움직임에 대하여 공력에 의해 발생되는 토크를, 움직이는 대상 물체에 연결된 스프링과 토크센서를 이용하여, 실제적인 풍동 시험 없이 측정할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
