Abstract:
A graded porous multi-layered reactive coating method for a shaped charge liner using low temperature spray coating, given in the present invention, includes: a heating and pressurizing step (S120) of heating and pressurizing process gas to make the gas reach a preset temperature and a preset pressure; an acceleration step (S130) of accelerating the gas to supersonic speed by being compressed and expanded while passing through a nozzle (25); a powder supply step (140) of supplying powder for enacting a thermite reaction stored separately from the process gas into the nozzle where the process gas flows to transfer the powder along the nozzle; a powder spray step of spraying the powder which is accelerated by the process gas while moving together with the process gas within the nozzle from the nozzle onto the surface of a basic material (S) which is to be a liner for a shaped charge; and a plastic deformation step of forming a highly-reactive coating layer through plastic deformation on the surface of the basic material by making the powder from the nozzle collide with the basic material. The liner for a shaped charge having a highly-reactive layer manufactured by the method described above has a highly-reactive coating layer (13a) which comprises: a surface coating layer (13aa) which does not have pores from the surface of the liner to a certain depth; and a graded porous coating layer (13ab) of which the pore density decreases as the depth from the surface of the liner grows.
