Abstract: 본 발명은 화약이 충격에 의해서도 착화 또는 폭발되는 특성을 이용하여 금속격벽으로 상호 분리되어 있는 화약을 착화시킬 수 있도록 한 격벽착화기에 관한 것이다. 종래에는 그 구조적 특성상 높은 압력에서는 기밀이 유지되기 힘들고, 높은 온도나 충격에 약한 단점이 있다. 또한 전기 전원에 의하여 작동되기 때문에 정전기나 전자파 등에 의한 우발적인 점화의 가능성이 존재함으로써 안전성의 위험을 초래하는 문제점이 있었다. 따라서 본 발명은 격벽을 사이에 두고 이의 양측에 공간부가 형성되며 외측면에는 나선이 형성된 몸체와; 상기 몸체의 일측 공간부에 밀봉되고, 외부의 전기적 자극에 의해서 기폭되는 도너소스와; 상기 몸체의 타측 공간부에 밀봉되어 도너소스의 기폭에 의한 충격파를 격벽을 통해 전달받아 착화되는 어셉터화약 및 주장약과; 상기 어셉터화약과 주장약 사이에 삽입되어 상호 화학적 반응을 차단하는 격리디스크로 구성함으로써 전자파 환경에 안전할 뿐만 아니라 기존의 유리-금속 접합 밀봉부를 금속격벽으로 대체하므로 기밀 유지부의 강도가 크게 향상된다. 또한 여러 환경조건에서 안전성이 입증된 2차 화약을 사용하므로 안전성이 향상되는 효과를 갖게 된다.

Abstract: The apparatus spontaneously separates two assembled members by blowing up explosives filled in the bolt by use of electrical signals. The apparatus comprises a cylindrical groove (2) within a bolt body (1) directed toward a bolt head; the separation explosives (3) filled up in the cylindrical groove (2); an igniter (4) positioned in the groove (2); a lead line (5) transmitting the electric signal to the igniter (4); molding material (6) sealing up the groove (2). The bolt can supply enough strength to combine the two assembled members, and separates them by a predefined electrical signal.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A partition detonator is provided to be able to detonate a gun powder which is mutually divided into a metal partition by using a characteristic that the gunpowder detonates or blasts even by a shock. CONSTITUTION: The partition detonator is composed of:a body(1) formed with a spiral on an outer face and a space unit on both sides of a gap between the partitions; a donor source detonated by the electric stimulus of the outside, sealed in the space unit on one side of the body; an acceptor gunpowder and a main detonation powder(5) detonated by receiving a shock wave caused by the detonation of the donor source through the partition, sealed in a space on other side of the body; a separating disk(6) for blocking a mutual chemical reaction, inserted between the acceptor gunpowder and the main detonation powder.
