Disclosed are a satellite image reception processing system including a reusable collection planning apparatus and a reusable satellite image collection planning method. According to embodiments of the present invention, a number of unit collection plans made in a random orbit are registered and stored and then can be reused in an orbit repeated in a constant period in case of need. When the collection plan about the case of requiring continuous monitoring about a specific target in a repetitive orbit is made, error in the previous unit collection plan generation can be minimized, and also work inefficiency due to repetitive work can be reduced dramatically. Disclosed are a satellite image reception processing system added with a unified test function and a unified test method of the same. According to embodiments of the present invention, stability of the system and user convenience can be improved by testing the operational state of the hardware and software for each device integrally which receives, stores, processes, keeps and manages an RF image data signal received from an earth observation satellite through a batch method, and generating a unified result report on the basis of the test result. Also, total system test is reduced by simplifying test preparation and procedure because it is not necessary to test each of the units constituting the system. Usability of the system is improved by preventing the occurrence of a problem such as a test procedure omission of a specific device due to a user's carelessness. PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for synthetically analyzing a surveillance effect based on geospatial data is provided to integrally analyze the monitoring efficiency of a monitoring device by automatically creating an expected invasion route and dynamic detection probability. CONSTITUTION: A visible analysis module(110) draws a map based on a topography height data and performs an analysis for visible ray. A monitoring equipment layout combination calculating module(120) calculates the monitoring device placing combination which provides an optimal monitoring efficiency of the installed monitoring device based on the visible ray analysis result. A total danger index calculating module(150) calculates an overall danger index by summing up the danger rate which is calculated by using topology and attribute detection danger calculating modules(130,140).
