CONSTITUTION: An automatic arm rest linked seatback comprises an arm rest part(110), the first rotating member(130), the second rotating member(140) and a fixing member(150). The arm rest part is installed in the seatback so as to be protruded by the medium of links. The first rotating member rotates the links by being formed in one of the links.
