Abstract:
풀브리지컨버터와공진컨버터를하이브리드로구성한대용량 LED전원장치가개시된다. 이는저부하시에풀브리지컨버터및 공진컨버터의변압기에발생되는자화인덕턴스를이용하여소프트스위칭을수행함으로써저부하의효율을상승시킬수 있고, 스위칭동작시출력인덕터에걸리는전압이감소되어, 작은인덕턴스를갖는인덕터를사용함으로써전류리플을감소시킬수 있다. 또한, 단일변압기를사용함으로써부하에따른전력분배의문제점을해결할수 있다.

복수의 LED 각각의광 출력을계산하여측위오차를줄일수 있는실내측위시스템및 방법이개시된다. 이는일반수신기가 LED 조명의광 출력수치를알지못하는상황을가정했을때, 광출력측정부를이용하여각 LED의광 출력수치를산출하고이를이용하여보다정확한측위가가능한실내측위시스템및 방법을제공한다.

A power factor enhancement circuit for a single power stage given in the present invention includes a power unit which rectifies AC power in full wave and provides input voltage; a voltage distribution unit which is connected to the output of the power unit, receives the input voltage, and generates a distributed voltage; a power factor enhancement converter unit which is connected to the output of the power unit, receives the input voltage, and accumulates energy or provides charging current by delivering the accumulated energy according to the on/off operation; an output filter unit which is connected to the output of the power factor enhancement converter unit, receives the charging current, removes ripple components, and provides output voltage; a light emitting unit which receives output current corresponding to the output voltage and emits light; and a control unit which is connected to the voltage distribution unit, power factor enhancement converter unit, and light emitting unit, generates a control signal to control the on/off operation of the power factor enhancement converter unit, and controls the power factor enhancement converter unit.

PURPOSE: A single power stage power factor correction circuit is provided to implement a miniaturization of a circuit by having a simple structure in comparison with an existing 2-stage circuit. CONSTITUTION: A transformer is connected to two electrodes of a bridge diode. The transformer varies a voltage. An output voltage detecting unit (104) detects an output voltage of a DC-DC converter (102). A clamping unit clamps a peak of a voltage waveform. A boundary conduction mode (BCM) control unit (103) controls the DC-DC converter.

PURPOSE: A plasma display panel driving device, a display device including the driving device, and a method for driving a plasma display are provided to use lower initial voltage by applying an initial wave of negative slope to a sustain electrode in an initial section. CONSTITUTION: In a plasma display panel driving device, a display device including the driving device, and a method for driving a plasma display, 0V address voltage is applied to an address electrode in an initial section. A scan voltage is supplied to the scan electrode in the specific section of a ramp-down section. The scan voltage is formed by adding bias voltage to 0V. Reduction voltage of the address voltage is compensated.

PURPOSE: A negative driving waveform applying apparatus and a method thereof are provided to form more amount of electric charges by applying an initial waveform of negative slope to a sustain electrode in an initial duration. CONSTITUTION: A sustain electrode(610) is applied with a driving waveform of negative slope in a reset duration. A scan electrode(620) is applied with the initialization pulse of 0V. An address electrode(630) is applied with the initialization pulse of 0V. A sustain electrode is piled up with the wall charge of the positive polarity.
