Abstract: 본발명은항생제다노플록사신(danofloxacin)에특이적으로결합하는 RNA 앱타머에관한것으로, 더욱구체적으로는상기 RNA 앱타머는 U(우라실)과 C(시토신)의 2' 히드록실기가플루오르기로치환되어있는서열번호 1 내지 6 중어느하나의염기서열을갖는 RNA 앱타머에관한것이다. 본발명은또한상기 RNA 앱타머를포함하는항생제다노플록사신검출용조성물, 상기조성물을포함하는검출용키트, 항생제다노플록사신을검출하는방법, 및시료내 항생제다노플록사신을제거하는방법및 상기 RNA 앱타머제조방법에관한것이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An RNA aptamer which specifically binds danofloxacin is provided to reduce time and cost for detecting danofloxacin and to remove remaining antibiotics. CONSTITUTION: An RNA aptamer which specifically binds to antibiotics danofloxacin contains a base sequence among sequence numbers 1-6 in which a 2' hydroxyl group of uracil and cytosine is substituted with a fluoro group. A composition for detecting danofloxacin contains the RNA aptamer. A kit for detecting danofloxacin contains the composition. A method for detecting danofloxacin comprises: a step of contacting the RNA aptamer with a sample which has possibility of containing danofloxacin.
Abstract translation: 目的：提供特异性结合丹诺沙星的RNA适体，以减少检测丹诺沙星的时间和成本，并除去剩余的抗生素。 构成：特异性结合抗生素丹诺沙星的RNA适配体在序列号1-6中含有碱基序列，其中尿嘧啶和胞嘧啶的2'羟基被氟基团取代。 用于检测丹诺沙星的组合物含有RNA适体。 用于检测丹诺沙星的试剂盒含有该组合物。 检测丹诺沙星的方法包括：使RNA适体与具有含有丹诺沙星的可能性的样品接触的步骤。

A composition for detecting the C60 compounds contains the aptamer. A kit for detecting the C60 compounds contains the composition.
