    Abstract: PURPOSE: A penetration piece for a pipe in a ship is provided to match the service life of a pipe with the service life of a penetration piece by being formed of a GRE(Glass fiber Reinforced Epoxy), thereby conveniently replacing the penetration piece. CONSTITUTION: A penetration piece(100) for a pipe in a ship comprises a GRE pipe(200), a steel sleeve(400), and saddles(300). The penetration piece penetrates through a bulkhead of a tank installed in a ship. The steel sleeve surrounds the exterior of the GRE pipe passing through the bulkhead. A space is formed in between the GRE pipe and the steel sleeve. To seal the space, the saddles are formed on both ends of the steel sleeve and surround the exterior of the GRE pipe.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A fuel gas supply system with a heat exchanger for waste heat recycle and a method thereof are provided to substitute the waste heat of all engines for at least a part of heat which is required for the liquefied natural gas (LNG) gasification in a high pressure vaporizer, thereby reducing the energy consumed in the high pressure vaporizer. CONSTITUTION: A fuel gas supply system with a heat exchanger for waste heat recycle includes a high pressure vaporizer (10), a heat transfer circuit (20), a thermal medium heat exchanger (21), and a cooling circuit (30). The high pressure vaporizer vaporizes LNG into the fuel gas form so as to supply the LNG to a high pressure gas spraying engine. The heat transfer circuit supplies heat to the high pressure vaporizer through thermal medium. The thermal medium heat exchanger receives and heats the thermal medium cooled through the high pressure vaporizer. The cooling circuit circulates coolant between a kind of engine and a main cooling device. The fuel gas supply system supplies all or a part of coolant, which circulates around the cooling circuit, to the thermal medium heat exchanger and heats the thermal medium, thereby recovering the waste heat from the coolant.
