Abstract: The present invention relates to an indoor ocean acidification experiment apparatus which conducts an experiment on the effect of ocean acidification on various marine organisms and, more specifically, to an indoor ocean acidification experiment apparatus which controls the flow of carbon dioxide supplied from a CO_2 tank to an acidification tank with a mass flow controller (MFC) according to the operation of an air pump, mixes outside air in which carbon dioxide is removed in the previous process, lets the seawater of different CO_2 concentration stored in each acidification tank be supplied to a cultivation tank of experiment organisms by pushing the sea water through a pump type automatic dispenser, secures experimental data with excellent reliability by comparing the effects of ocean acidification on various marine organisms with normal control groups according to CO_2 concentration, captures an advantageous position for the security of future aquatic resources by seeking out biological inherited qualities based on the experimental data, enables automatic control based on a computer by arranging the experiment apparatus in the indoor, obtains all kinds of acidified seawater required in the culture of the experiment organisms by directly controlling CO_2 concentration which is an important element of ocean acidification, reduces costs required in the installation and maintenance of the experiment apparatus by simplifying the piping structure of the experiment apparatus, and enables an operator to quickly and accurately performs experiment by improving an experiment process in a rational method.

Abstract: A gene of a parasite causing death of Halocynthia roretzi and a method for diagnosing a parasite are provided to obtain a living organism that causes perishing of Halocynthia roretzi, and to diagnose a parasite by using a part of 18S rDNA fraction causing perishing of Halocynthia roretzi. A method for diagnosing a parasite includes the steps of: separating the entire nucleic acid from Halocynthia roretzi; performing PCR reaction by having the separated nucleic acid as a template and having a front primer and a reverse primer having a partial sequence of 18SrDNA fraction having a nucleotide sequence of sequence number 1 as a primer pair; and checking the size of the product of the PCR reaction by gel electrophoresis and comparing the size of the aforesaids product with the size of the product that is anticipated from the used primer pair.
