Abstract: A WLB management portal system and an operating method thereof are provided to perform a task according to the establishment of a WLB load map for a successful execution through an evaluation of the load map. Abstract: A system and a method for reporting a low price of agricultural/marine products are provided to effectively detect and report that the imported agricultural/marine products are reported as the low price by estimating a proper imported price of the imported agricultural/marine products and calculating an alarm price based on the proper imported price. An import base price estimating module(11) receives price information of imported agricultural/marine products from a related organ(20), estimates an import base price of the imported agricultural/marine products through a Kalman filter model by setting the received price information as an observation variable, and calculates an alarm price of the imported agricultural/marine products by applying a base warning rate to the estimated import base price. The estimated import base price is provided to an import customs system(30). The price information is a purchase price in a production site, a local exported price, an importable price, an importation report price, and a domestic circulation price.
