Abstract: PURPOSE: An antioxidant for supplementing feed using Forsythiae fructus extract and a preparation method for the Forsythiae Fructus extract are provided to show improved daily gain, feed intake, and feed efficiency compared to a control group. CONSTITUTION: An antioxidant for supplementing feed contains Forsythiae fructus extract. A method for preparing Forsythiae fructus extract comprises the following steps of: washing 100g Forsythiae fructus with water to remove dust; placing the washed Forsythiae fructus in a white bag; adding 1,000ml distilled water into the white bag to soak for 20-30 minutes; boiling down the soaked Forsythiae fructus for 150 minutes and obtaining an extract; adding another 800ml distilled water and boiling down for 150 minutes to obtain the extract; adding another 700ml distilled water and boiling down for 150 minutes to obtain the extract; collecting the extracts and concentrating until the volume becomes 100ml; and freeze-drying the concentrate.

Abstract: Provided is an immunostimulant using dandelion extract which improves a function of a nonspecific defense against pathogen and increases activity of animal immunocytes such as neutrophil and macrophages. An immunostimulant using dandelion extract comprises dandelion extract obtained by a hot water process as an active ingredient. A method for preparing the immunostimulant comprises a steps of extracting the dandelion extract at a temperature of 90~100°C by hot distilled water. The dandelion extract can be used independently or with additives which are generally used.

Abstract: 본 발명은 동물의 면역능을 증강시키는 더덕 추출물 및 그 제조방법과 용도에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는 더덕줄기 및 잎을 음지에서 건조시켜 마쇄하여 열탕용 봉지에 넣고 증류수 중에 가열하여 1차 추출한 후, 추출물은 별도로 분리하고 잔류물에 재차 증류수를 넣고 열탕하여 2차 추출하여 추출물을 얻는 단계와, 1차 및 2차 추출물을 혼합하여 추출물에 2배량의 에탄올을 가하여 4∼6℃ 냉장실에서 24시간 정치시켜 침전된 다당체를 원심분리하는 단계와, 분리된 다당체를 순수 에탄올로 원심 세척한 후 35∼38℃ 항온실에서 건조하여 증류수로 1mg/ml 농도로 용해시켜 세균여과지로 여과하여 원액을 얻는 단계로 구성된다.
본 발명의 더덕추출물은 동물의 주요 면역세포인 호중구의 각종 활성과 싸이토카인 생성을 증강시키고 병원성세균의 공격접종에 대한 비특이적인 방어능을 증진시키는 효과가 있으므로 동물용 의약품으로써 면역증강제. 백신보좌제 첨가물 그리고 보조치료제 등으로 광범위하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.-

Abstract: An immunostimulant containing the lystic extract of Candida sake is provided to increase activity of neutrophil and lymphocyte as major immune cells of animals, thereby protecting animals from diseases. The immunostimulant contains the lystic extract of Candida sake which is prepared by cultivating Candida sake in yeast malt extract agar broth at 30 deg. C for 72 hours, centrifuging the cultured fluid at 3000Xg for 30 minutes and collecting it, rinsing the collected pellet with phosphate buffered saline(PBS) of pH 7.2 and suspending the rinsed pellet in PBS, adding 5% of TNT solution containing 50mM of Tris-HCl, 0.15M of NaCl and 4% Triton x-114 as solubilizing agent into the Candida sake suspension, stirring the mixture at room temperature for 2-3 days to solubilize the Streptomyces albus, and regulating pH of the solution to 6.5-7.2, and drying the solution in the thermostatic chamber.
